Could do better with its appearance and speed of service, feels run down and not very bright or friendly as a coffee shop. I have actually been fortunate to visit a Tim Hortons in Canada and you wouldnt last 5 mins over there as service is key and quick and Tims is always packed wereas this location
Staff were really friendly and the place was nice and warm which can be a feat in the shopping centre as it can be cold! Nice to have another option for somewhere to go for coffee and the Tim Bits were yum! Definitely recommend š
First time in Tim Hortons and I thought breakfast was really tasty I had pancake, bacon and syrup with a hash brown only downside was pancake was served in a burger box My Son had cheese and bacon melt which he enjoyed also.
Fast friendly service. Ideal location in the middle of the centre. Would definitely recommend
Hi sorry about the way I left the disabled toilet today. Had sickness and diarrhea all day and there was no toilet brush either. Spong and hot water will get the stain off the wall! Said to the young guy cleaning about it and he was š great.
Brilliant shop brilliant staff
Coffee and TimBits, lovely though they were, are never going to rock your world. What made this a 5 star visit for me was the staff. 2 young women behind the counter went above and beyond to make sure an elderly gentleman was fed. He was struggling to pay for his order but he got his meal nonetheles
Great place , Iād never tried Tim Hortonās before and was enticed in by their breakfast wrap deal, wow! What great value for money, so so superior to anything McDonaldās offer.
The East Kilbride town centre branch is my local, the staff are great there, always attentive & helpful particularly Jacob,
As a Canadian it is legally required to visit Tim Hortons when within a close vicinity when you don't live anywhere near one. I took my 3 children and myself in for lunch and it was lovely. Its great to have a vegetarian option for myself and there's nothing like TimBits to make you feel a sense of
During a recent shopping trip we stopped off for lunch. A wide range of option which surprised me compared to other coffee shops. Toasted bacon bagel was brilliant. Family also loved their chicken goujons and toasties. Prices were decent too. Premise was clean. Staff pleasant and courteous in what
Came for a lunch and coffee with my mum. Lunch was lovely and the service was quick and efficient. Staff were very welcoming and made sure to check if I was happy with everything. Lovely people to chat to. Will be back
Stopped off for lunch after taking the kids ice skating. Good choice of food and drinks, clean and the staff were friendly. The wife is Canadian so she enjoyed the nostalgia. Would go here again.
I went to tim Hortons for a breakfast and it was a really nice experience staff where lovley and helpful breakfast was fab and iced french vanilla was good too. It was served super fast to as I was taken away. I can't wait to return again soon.
Iāve come from south wales and I I really recommend this place. I brought my kids here for breakfast and they throughly enjoyed it! It was very clean and the service was spectacular! There was such a variety of choices and it was really welcoming for the children. Highly recommend!
I only waited 30 years for Tim Horton to open a branch local to me. Well worth it. For years I have loved the coffee but only able to get in Canada when I visited relatives. The Timbits are my guilty pleasure.
Very friendly staff, quick and efficient. Come here often to study/ read my book. Lots of seats and great atmosphere. Really clean as well!
