Staff friendly, our four meals were delicious surroundings bright and airy.
The only down point was disabled access wasn’t great but unfortunately I don’t think there is much they can do about it. Would recommend.

Excellent night at the Crooked Lum for Brian’s Birthday, our waitress Kat was amazing and attentive. Food was good, even the kids finished their meals from the main menu, and we all loved the cake Kellie bought her dad. Thanks to all the team that made it a memorable night.

We had a lunch for 16 people on Sat 15th April to celebrate a 60th birthday. We cannot speak to highly of the service we received from our waitress Sharon. She managed to take and serve our orders with a pleasant and friendly manner. Everyones food arrived at the same time. There was another large party in the restaurant which must have made it difficult for the waitresses and kitchen staff. Thankyou Sharon I hope your Manager rewards you for such good service.
Excellent staff and a Beautiful venue and the steaks are incredible. Definitely worth the money when they are cooked to perfection. Look forward to going back again.
Recently booked 3.11.23 Crooked Lum for funeral party. Buffet was outstanding and staff excellent. Only downside no wheelchair access to downstairs tables but staff did their best to accommodate.
Went here a couple of times , food is really good at lunch time they do a set menu on 2 or 3 courses and it is really good prices staff are friendly and make you feel welcome definitely one of my favourite places to go.
This place is tastefully decorated. It has a good menu. Bar staff are very friendly. They cook the best steak I have ever tried. The only disadvantage is in busy days you can wait for long for your food and it could be slightly warm...

Between 4 of us we had 4 sharing platters and none could fault any of it. Delicious, perfectly prepared food and a nob intrusive waitress who seemed to keep an eye on her tables from a discreet distance. Imo, the perfect service. Definitely be returning regularly.
The Lum is really good as far as Beefeaters go. The service is quick, the food is really good (highly recommend anything with the pulled beef on it). Obviously it's a Beefeater so the food isn't going to be exceptional, but for the price (especially their weekday £9.95 for 2 courses) you really can't fault it! Their drinks are good, cocktails don't have any nasty cheap taste like some places I've been to.

Nice place, but the food could be better, especially lasagne. Deserts were great.
A bit difficult to get in to with a wheelchair but it is possible. Food and service were top class

The staff were friendly and attentive and patient with taking our large order. The time it took to get our food was very reasonable. Food was as expected, pub grub style and just what I needed.
