known for its chicken quality this place is one of my favorites. Same quality same taste and finger licking good is what I can see. Lovely food and good staff

Gave 2 start for service as it takes a lot of time to place and collect the order. I'm not blaming it on the staff. They do well, its just that the place is busy, and they can't keep up with the time due to staff shortage. Could it be me managed.
It’s a good option for a simple breakfast.
The waiter was too kind; she apologized promptly for one of our meal item that was taking longer than expected and offered to bring it to our table when it was ready. Excellent customer service overall.
We came here today and this is what we ordered:
Popcorn chicken kids meal 10/10 - Usually kids meals at other places are a 1 bitesize, this was the right amount and very tasty.
Kansas BBQ dips 3/10 - I don't like BBQ but if you do then this is for you.
Nice KFC restaurant in East Ham, sometimes better quality service and food , sometimes not too good, but it's a fast food so don't need to expect too much. I like their The Colonel's Meal for one 2/4 pcs.
Great food, specious and comparatively clean area Services are also very good.

I was in a hurry for reaching for the lectures at my university and I had ordered a box meal.I spilled the drink on the floor mistakenly. I was so embarrassed because of my fault the staff member had to clean the floor and I just going to apologize to the staff member but the staff member not only politely told to "IT WAS OKAY" but they even provided me with other drink even if it was my fault. This truly describes that they truely value the relation with customer and their experience rather than only money. Thanks once again to the staff members. Cheers!!!!
Food was really good.Service was really fast and nice. I got my meal just after 1 minute of ordering.I must say KFC of East Ham is the busiest KFC of other branches in London and it seemed that the manager and staff member were working quite hard to provide the meals as there was queue of 10 people but they still managed to provide meal to each and every one of us in less than 2 minutes. Kudos!!! Would often visit now after seeing this good service.
