Used the drive thro. Queue stretched on to main road, it was just after 5 so really busy. Once we ordered moved quickly to pay booth and quickly to pick up the food which was ready and waiting for us. Very good service!
The food would have been 5 stars had it been more than lukewarm. Was really looking forward to trying the new philly cheese stack, seems like a good burger but would have preferred it hot. I would like to give a positive feedback to our McDonald's in East-Grinstead. I am often come with my child to pass time and drink coffee for me and take a happy meal. Came in for a quick breakfast whilst passing by at 9am on a Sunday morning. Very clean restaurant that looks recently refurbished. Plenty of parking, good drive thru and parking lane configuration. Toilets were clean.

Very busy in August, lunch time we had to order take away, as no tables available. The parking is way too small. Other than that, the rest is what you would normally expect from McDonald's.
Definitely the best one in Crawley. Clean and spacious. And you have Super Sainsbury's and The Range in same car park.

It’s a McDonalds - so a pretty standardised menu and experience. Never had any issues at this branch though and it is always clean and tidy here.
