Excellent restaurant, in my opinion this is the best restaurant for at least a 10mile radius. Fantastic Indian menu great presentation and personal service. Management has a keen eye for detail and owner always around chatting and laughing with customers. They do a great takeaway service as can be seen by the crowd of people at the bar. Unfortunately they don’t deliver to Worth where I live but I’m happy driving to East Grinstead.

My wife and I just had a meal from this restaurant. Hand on heart it was the best Indian meal we have had. Gentleman take a bow.... Superb is an understatement.. Keep up the good work. I will be recommending your establishment to all my friends.

A real gem of a place for those with a palate of discernment. We've been coming here for the last 25 years; not just here I might add, but returning after our foray into restaurant realms about and beyond. It's by far the most consistently good Indian restaurant around here. The staff are always friendly; if you need anything you just have to ask. Highly Recommended... for all the right reasons!

Out of the ordinary type of restaurant. Interesting menu with great range of starters and specials not found in other Indian restaurants. Nizam tends to be very busy during the week so always best to book a table especially on a weekend, we usually use their company website easy to navigate and we can also order a takeaway online nice touch.

Fantastic food and attentive staff here. Had a sumptuous feast in a very pleasant and relaxed setting. Plenty to choose from on the menu, even for vegetarians. Easy to find in town. Would highly recommend.

Good food, good service and actually open past 9pm on a Monday (quite rare, despite restaurants needing support through these covid-times). Good, traditional atmosphere. Will be going again.

We have just got back from another fabulous meal. Since moving to a nearby sleepy village Lingfield over the summer from Balham, we can’t stop visiting this restaurant. Tonight the gentlemen at Nizam really outdid themselves, the place was packed with people on a Thursday evening oddly the only place in town that seemed to have much people in it. We enjoyed drinks and papadoms with their lovely array of pickles and chutneys. Followed by the panneer starter, for main course this time I went for the telapia fish bhona (apologies if incorrect spelling) and of course rice. The flavours and textures are always on point even down to the rice which is fluffy. You can never fault this restaurant best place in town.

Good food and nice staff. The restaurant is located in an old house so the environment is very cosy. Problems with the heating when I visited.
