A classic greasy spoon - good breakfasts at a good price. The lighting is quite low for some reason, but the welcome is warm.
The cafe is also licenced, but we just had soft drinks this time.
A really good local tea shop, cafe, and restaurant of long standing in the town centre. Run by a local area Turkish Cypriot family who have together given many decades of dedicated service to the people and town center of East Grinstead with their various food, ice cream and other businesses. They've got perfect breakfast food here! I have to say that I've been here 5 times, but it's only ever been for breakfast. I've been happy every time. The eggs are well cooked, the beans are delicious, the tomatoes were perfectly scorched.
The service has been excellent every time we've been there.
Really delicious food with good portions, good coffee, great friendly service.
We ordered porridge, the American and the Cumberland. All were very delicious and served with a smile.
Popped in for some breakfast and were really pleased by the great service, how quick the food was served and how good it tasted! Wish we one if these on our high st. Highly recommend.
Went in the the family, who are a bit more fussy about there breakfast and ask if they could swap things on there breakfasts. Nothing was too much trouble and the food is excellent. Will definitely return

Popped in for take away sani and coffee and greeted so friendly and was great service will be coming back.
Me and guys at work eat here regularly in morning. Parking is free round corner till 9am which is ideal. Food is good, usually pretty quick service and the price is right!

Banoffee smoothie has very good flavour but not sickeningly sweet, bubble tea is good quality and yummy and the sandwich I had was also really delicious. Super nice atmosphere and people. I hope to come again before I leave the area

Had the all day breakfast...of course...its nice to have a lot of different combos of breakfast that you get here, so easy to get what you want without ordering individual pieces, although you can do that too. Glad to say that I had to stuff the last few mouthfuls in so good on quantity and a fair p
