Came here for a friend's birthday and had a wonderful time. Food was amazing! Me and a friend shared a steak and a burger as we couldn't decide between them and mmmmm chefs kiss! So good.
The cocktails were delicious too and the red wine went perfectly with the steak.
The staff were attentive and friendly, and the prices are reasonable.
Highly recommended.

Amazing food, amazing service, stopped here before flying out from Gatwick to go on holiday, Had the fillet with various sides, food was great quality and well presented. The host certainly spoilt us with great conversations, stories and some lovely rare drinks! We will be returning on our next trip to Gatwick without doubt, in fact we think we’ll make it a holiday thing!

A hidden gem is what this place is. They not only have a lovely location, but excellent, the quality of food is excellent, something rare to find these days. The lunch offer is well worth it, I guess the portion was a bit too much for me but I absolutely loved the food especially the lemon sorbet on a hot day. I highly recommend this restaurant. I would love to come back if I am in the area. Thank you Mario and Paglia team.

Don't know where to start...
If you have an owner who is passionate about their food, its ingredients and shares that with you, then you'll have a truly great experience.
From the moment we arrived until we left, we couldn't have been looked after any better.
Chorizo in red wine, halloumi with home made chilli jam and a few others were to start and were simply fantastic.
However this is only the warm up as we then had the 4 x 8oz steak selection (ribeye, fillet, sirloin and rump).... All medium and all, again, fantastic. The sea salt (Argentinian don't you know) goes with it well and was supplied in plentiful quantities, as were the tender stem broccoli, grilled peppers and chips...
We were stuffed....(the happy type)
However, not to miss out, I went for the homemade (again) Lemon meringue Pie and this was the most creamy and heavy Lemon Meringue I'd ever had and tasted sublime....It's only available when the owner makes it, so please, get some...The extra portion was most appreciated.
So if you find yourself in East Grinstead, maybe at a local luxury hotel and want some proper food (!) then get yourself into Dom Domingos, you won't be disappointed...Not one bit....
Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant! I went for the first time on my birthday as I had seen so many good reviews (and on Wednesdays they do bottomless prosecco!!) We weren't sure what to expect but they didn't disappoint! The staff were really friendly and helpful, in a passing comment we said to one of the waitresses that it was my birthday and later on in the night they came out with ice cream with a candle in it, was so thoughtful and unexpected!
The food is absolutely lovely, very big portions and something for everyone.
They also run different deals during the week which are very good value - they are very generous with the bottomless prosecco and it's a very nice prosecco!
Would highly recommend, it gets very busy so definitely book in advance
Amazing food and amazing service! The steak was cooking right with a very good sauce. The roasted chicken was to die for!
I can't even describe the deserts! You have to try them! You can tell that the cook and the owner have a sweet tooth!

My steak and chips were well cooked and served with a smile. The staff were extremely attentive. What would have been nice would be a salad garnish as the meal was exactly the sum of its parts.
Would I go again..........probably as it is the type of restaurant needed in the town.
Had a wonderful Lobster Tuesday date night. Helpful staff, tasty food and nice atmosphere. Would recommend. You get muscles pasta to start and lobster and chips for main for £20.
