Great pub, manned by lovely people. I arranged a birthday meal for around 30 people and was thoroughly well supported- the food was top notch and we'll definitely visit again. Thank you.

Stayed here as a base when visiting the Royal international air tattoo in Swindon. Beautiful location, rooms finished to a very high standard. All the staff were very friendly. Fantastic breakfast.

Fabulous pub with a friendly and classy feel. Great service, food and ambience. Generous kids meals and overall excellent value for money. Would make it my local if the Gold Coast was not just a tad too far ;). Will definitely return though and strongly recommend it to everyone.

The MOST comfortable bed EVER !!!...Delicious dinner, wonderful nights sleep in a spotlessly clean bedroom with sumptuous bedding and delicious breakfast with delightful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and I highly recommend The Queens to anybody as a pub or an overnight stay.

Outstanding food and service in this local pub/restaurant. Good value for money and the "Fish Friday" is super. Highly recommended.

We ate on a Saturday night and it was perfect, the food delicious, the waiting on staff excellent and attentive. The ambience was just what you want on a Saturday night. It was clean, the loo's hygienic (very important for weak bladders!!!), the chairs comfortable and good sized tables for a party of 4. To start with 3 of us shared two bread boards and one had ribs. Delicious. I had the risotto, another the pasta in a tomato sauce, the third in the party had the pie and fourth a steak. Plentiful portion size. Desserts lovely and the coffee reported as REALLY NICE! I had ginger and lemon tea, freshly brewed with fresh ginger and lemon - what a treat with my own pot. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended from us. The only thing I would say, is drop the pasta in a tomato sauce and replace with a more interesting vegetarian option. Our friends were staying at the hotel and they reported that their room was fantastic.

I had the nicest pub meal I have had in a long time. The duck was delicious, beautifully cooked and presented. The service was very good and the whole meal was great value. We will be back!

Visited again yesterday for an anniversary dinner. Food was excellent as always, the place was packed, but we still enjoyed good quality food, drink and service. Well fine to the Chef's bar and waiting staff on such a busy night.

A lovely bunch of staff. Tryed their best to help sort out the tv, & get it to work. The food was lovely but needed sharper knives. Great fun place.

Very good pub lunch with friends. Everyone enjoyed their food (and drink), the service was great and we had a nice walk in the surrounding countryside afterwards.

First time at the Queen's Arms, first class everything. Already booked for Xmas, and will be back for a Sunday roast before then. Fantastic, thanks to all the staff.

We turned up unexpectedly after my Dad's funeral. They accommodated around 20 of us very last minute and handled the unexpected rush superbly. Friendly, helpful staff and great food. There is a great atmosphere here and although we didn't stay overnight, I'm sure the rooms are as good as the rest. Parking is tricky as the car park is a little small right outside, but there is parking right across the road, too.

Visited a few times now, and the service and food are consistently excellent. Really comfortable surroundings. Felt welcomed, and could’ve happily stayed for hours. Our dog is always welcomed with open arms too!

Something of a mixed bag. The ceaser salad was excellent Each element perfectly done and skilfully combined But the Parmasan chips my partner had with her meal were just standard straw chips with a lump of Parmasan dumped on top and stuck under the grill for a bit. Dog friendly which ment we had to tolerate a yappy thing at a nearby table.

Very accommodating for an unexpected large group. Great food although the menu has changed in the last few months and isn’t as much varied choice as before. Really good atmosphere and beautiful inside. We have family that live close by so this is always a place we look forward to going when we visit.

Really good Sunday lunch, mess up over puddings order not going through, so had long wait and hot food was cold when it arrived. Overall service good, happy to deal with issues over cold desserts and take them off the bill. I'll go again, and recommend, sure the issues just a one off hiccup.

Had a lovely family lunch for my mother's birthday. The food and service is excellent. The portion sizes are generous, beautifully cooked and presented. The Texas ribs are the best I have ever tasted. Very popular place to visit for locals and from further afield. Certainly a place I would recommend very highly. Children and dog friendly too.

My wife and I had discussed visiting the Queen's Arms for quite some time but always ended up trying somewhere different. Thankfully we've now visited and were thoroughly impressed. Excellent service from the moment we stepped through the door with everyone being relaxed and attentive. We visited for the Sunday dinner but were happy to see the main menu still on offer. The food did not disappoint lots of strong flavours the only critique my wife had was the gravy was underwhelming but I can vouch that the smoked chicken burger was exceptional. Will definitely visit again
