Great atmosphere at the reopening. Amazing what you can do with a lick of paint and fresh cut flowers! Excited to see where the new landlord takes the pub :)
I don't drink alcohol so can't comment on the beer, but most people appeared to be enjoying it. I had an alcohol free ghost ship.
Absolutely superb pub, very welcoming, extremely clean. Lovely pint of Guinness, big garden and warm roaring fire. Loved the atmosphere too. Would definitely come again.

Wasn't sure what to expect last time we went in there we were glared at had a frosty reception,rude and felt extremely unwelcome to the point of feeling you were a nuisance l haven't a clue what there problem was. I'm glad to say that with new owners they are the complete opposite.we had a nice rel
Pub is small, but cosy and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the Sunday Lunch was very tasty. I had a Chicken Roast, with all the trimmings, plenty of gravy and crumble and custard to finish.....what more could you want. I would visit again.
Yay an open pub on a Sunday afternoon 🍺💜. Lovely little spot out of the way. Nice staff and decent drinks too. Hope to visit again soon
This is a nice and friendly country pub. Good for walking to. Dog friendly. Although they've recently lost their kitchen but when we went they had a visiting pizza oven in a van. Delightful
