Went on a Saturday evening, and they were more than happy to allow us to take 2 dogs in and eat in the bar area. The staff were just lovely, chatty and friendly. We ate sirloin steak, chicken supreme, and pork and chorizo burger all 3 were cooked to perfection�. They even brought the dogs a bowl of water without us asking! Excellent service! Would highly recommend.
Just been with my wife for a meal to The New Inn, it was Tapas we shared a variety of dishes which were all delicious. Each dish was very well presented, very professional by the chef. All the staff were very helpful which made it a great evening.
I would highly recommend the food there.

Staying at the Old Rectory and the New Inn was recommended. Staff were very polite and courteous the food was amazing. We ordered Cajun chicken and the 16oz t bone steak well presented all hot and no complaints. Would recommend this establishment
Spent two nights dining and drinking at this pub during my trip up north, food is amazing and all the staff are friendly and attentive. Please go there if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed.
Booked a table for 6 people on Sunday and each of us had something different off the menu . Every one of us thought the food was absolutely beautiful from starters to deserts ! A very good menu for a Sunday even if u don't fancy a roast . Lovely staff will definitely go back and already recommended to friends . ☆☆☆☆☆
A really plesent experience wide choice of beverages the food was amazing. After traveling down from Newcastle Upon Tyne on a Friday after work ariving late was very surprised walking into a pub and being served high end restaurant food. The staff were very efficient and acomidating with our kids. Will be back next year when we come down for our anual stopping trip to York keep up the great work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just been for an early tea at the New Inn. What a lovely pub/ restaurant. The food was exceptional and we were extremely well looked after by Jake and his team. Would highly recommend.

This was my first ever visit to this restaurant, and I must say I was not disappointed at all. We came here on the 19th of December 2023, whilst visiting our family members in Easingwold. I must say that the staff here were so helpful, kind, friendly and provided first class customer service. I ordered the fish and chips with mushy peas and I was not disappointed in any way shape or form. The food was first class and it came with its own home-made tartar sauce. There was plenty of food and it was definitely worth its money. I also had the Americano coffee with hot milk and this was Also extremely nice indeed and they didn’t use instant coffee it was fresh percolated coffee which was beautiful. The restaurant itself does have a small step to enter the building and a bit of a lip by the door, so it may be a little bit tricky for wheelchairs to gain access to, but if there is somebody to help them then, yes they can definitely come into this restaurant without very much problem at all. Because I am blind I couldn’t see if there was a disabled toilet so I can’t advise either way on that one. The atmosphere was very nice indeed and the music was background music but it was Christmas music which was very very nice indeed. I definitely would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody, wanting first class, food, service and a wonderful environment to dine in. I must say I would definitely come to this restaurant again as it was a lovely afternoon out.
Brilliant meal here. 2 adults and 1 child for £60. Had the goats cheese starter, belly pork starter and kids garlic bread. Kids chicken fillets, gorgonzola pasta and cod main courses. Kids ice cream and 3 drinks. Amazing food and lovely staff. Thoroughly recommend.
Lovely Sunday lunch got Mother's Day. Friendly staff and quick, efficient service. A great venue for lunch or dinner will definitely be going back.
We were holding a charity cycle and because there were a number of us we pre.ordered and stressed how we wanted to be in and out quickly. Efficiency doesn't even come close. The team were like a well.oiled machine and we were in and.out in no time just as we had asked, not only that though. The service was fab, the food great and the prices perfectly reasonable. We will go back that's a cert

Really good food and service, we traveled up from London and it was a big relief to get some good food and coffee, the homemade burger was amazing I could had 3 of them. Hope to pass by again next time we visit 🔥
Excellent food great atmosphere
There was 4 of us just popped in for some lunch. We found a lovely little Bar and eating establishment. We aĺl had different meals, however everyone of us was delighted with what we ate. Lovely friendly staff too, well done Guys
Had my work Christmas meal here. As I follow a vegan diet I popped in to see the chef and manager, nothing was too much trouble and the vegan option they created especially for me was delicious. Enjoyed it so much I made a group booking for February to celebrate my daughter's birthday. And once again was confident about what I was eating and that care had been taken. Brilliant customer service too. And lovely location.
Good food in a nice old setting run by very nice people
Food was delicious, and excellent value.
We went for the meal deal and had 2 fish and chips and 2 beef burgers with 4 1/2 pint cokes all for £40.
Deserts cost extra, but we're beautifully presented without going over the top and tasted beautiful.
We'll worth a visit if you're in the area.

Joe the young man who took the booking, also served us, he was very professional and attentive without being intrusive, the food was excellent, so much so we returned a second time to eat, again food and service was beyond expectations, thank you so much Joe, we will be back next time we're in the area. My wife & I visited The New Inn at Easingwold on Saturday the 25th of May (2019). We had booked a table earlier in the day and when we arrived, at 7.00pm, we were warmly greeted by Joe a very friendly member of the team. He showed us to our table and brought our drinks along with the menus. The food was superb. I had the prawn cocktail, always a favourite of mine, then for the mains my wife & I had the lamb shank. My wife had sticky toffee pudding and ice cream for dessert. The food was outstanding, the staff were so friendly and professional and we will definitely be going back.
