Lovely meal, great beers, and possibly the best chips I have ever savoured.
First time in this pub, although my in laws frequent it regularly..great pint of ale, great location...the weather wasn't great but we were able to sit outside with our dogs under the covered seating area. A nice touch, the waitress gave out dogs a treat which enhanced my opinion of the pub even mo

Lovely venue, and nicely decorated for a warm, festive season! Staff were attentive and my companions thoroughly enjoyed their pies - the chips were also delicious! My Sunday beef roast was okay but could have had more interesting veg than just carrots and parsnips.

Lovely sunny sheltered spot down the side of the Pub. The staff served us promptly, bringing drinks and food out to us. Would come ag
