What a lovely dog-friendly restaurant! Staff came out with a treat for Dave right away! Breakfast was delicious. Bacon and sausage roll with hashbrowns, or the full Barge breakfast with everything; it was all yummy. Our friend ordered poached eggs on toast, and a lovely young lady came out and apolo
Lovely cafe to pop by before or after a walk. We had two toasties served within 10-15 minutes even though the place was packed. The personnel always happy to help and polite. Prices reasonable, for two big toasties served with crisps, one cherry Bakewell slice and two cappuccinos £12 isn't too bad.
My wife and I often visit here on a lunch break. They have really nice seating indoors and out and have consistently good quality food and coffees.
Beautiful location with very friendly staff and lovely food and drink, highly recommended.....
Lovely setting, sat outside overlooking the Marina. Staff friendly, great food & service.
Really nice place. Food is good and reasonably priced. A choice of Gluten free items on the menu, too. It was very busy when we went there about midday so we had to wait a bit for our order. There is extra seating out the front and to the side. I would recommend it as a place to go for a coffee or
It was a lovely Sunday morning so we went for breakfast, we basically got there as soon as it opened and glad we did. Within the hour it was heaving. Beautiful location a little let down by a waft of something nasty every so often. If you were inside it'd be no problem. The food is locally sourced a
Quite noisy inside, so I turned my hearing aids down low. It's a very pleasant relaxing atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was brought to my table in a reasonable time and was well presented and was very tasty. I will return when next in the area.
A cute, lakeside cafe that offers some really tasty baked goods such as cakes, breads, and savoury snacks. In addition to its delightful menu. The staff were chatty and friendly, and there was little waiting time for food or drinks. This would be a lovely place to meet for lunch with friends or fami
Lovely chic cafe with friendly staff, great coffee and tasty food. Made even better by a good view
So first time coming.. I chose father's day and a beautiful sunny Sunday.. course it was going to be busy. Found a lovely seat right by the marina. Ordered and was told 45 minutes. Waited an hour and no food. It was crazy busy and the staff were rushed off their feet. Went to till and was offered dr
Great find that is actually close to where we live. Amazing views over the marina and the outdoor terrace makes for the perfect alfresco experience. The staff are really friendly and attentive, the food is very tasty and well priced and the place has a great ambience. A really positive find.
We had the boathouse breakfast and eggs royal, both delicious. There was a bit of a wait but it's all cooked fresh so worth it. If you go on a Saturday morning get there early as it's very popular. It's a nice atmosphere and relaxing setting
Easy food and drinks place with ample parking. Nice place to stop and watch the world go by. Covid-19 friendly with a requirement to wear a mask on entry. Opens at 10am. Great place to sit and look over the Marina.
Decided to try this place for breakfast for the first time. Had hot chocolate and poached eggs on sour dough toast and it was all very tasty
Excellent big breakfast, if it hadn’t been a nice day wouldn’t have got a seat in. Food was brilliant and the kids loved it
It's not an SME award winner for nothing. A great setting in a newish Marina. Always a good atmosphere with plenty of outside seating in these Covid times and a marquee for shelter if needed. Simple rolling and seasonal menu with interesting variations and daily specials.
