You WILL NOT find a better pint anywhere! Not even close. Great place, darts team is looking dangerous for next season too.
Decent pub with a good garden area out the back. Drinks are good as was the atmosphere. Outside tv to watch the football in the summer. Clean tidy and plenty of space. The only thing to be aware of it that it closes at 9pm, at least it did on the Monday evening we visited.
Was there at a wake all good friendly service, all clean and tidy.

Live locally and I have walked past the Red Lion so many times and never been in. Decided to try out (August 2019) and glad I did! Really nice inside, with a good size beer garden too. Staff very friendly and a good range of drinks available (multiple cask ales, a gin menu and even punk IPA craft beer in the fridge!). There's ample parking if you're driving too. Highly recommend. Will be back.
Newly refurbished. The new interior is very welcoming as are the staff. Good selection on bottled beer and a fair number on tap. TVs are on for major games / events which is nice. A very welcome addition to the village.

So relaxed place to be especially on ya holidays, staff great friendly place and well looked after by Lauren and her sister behind the bar , John land lord was a pleasure to meet, not forgetting Sam who told us were to go for days out totally enjoyed our stay along the road in oyo hotel great Indians too😁
Lovely pub, staff seemed friendly and so were the other customers; I'd happily return.
Fantastic night . 1st time the Red Lion has had a Karaoke and hopefully won't be the last. Always a great choice of drinks and great atmosphere. 😊👍

Food is always good, and the staff are friendly. Happy to revisit this pub and their restaurant any time we are child free.
