Today is Wednesday the 2nd of November 2022 and I would like to thank the guy behind the counter { sorry I've forgotten his name ) but he'll know who he is. He gave me a free hot chocolate drink because the Free Code Vouchers Scan wasn't working. So a big thank you again.
Never had a problem with the service in the West Ealing branch. Staff are friendly. They have really good customer service skills. I was so taken back when one staff offered to make me a breakfast wrap fresh, when I enquired about the sauce in the other ones which were ready made. Didn't know they could do this for you. Will definitely grab something from here more often when passing by
