Lovely ice cream. However, the place needs a new deco. It was empty, we were the only ones sitting. The lady that made the desserts was lovely and bubbly, very welcoming. Her colleague, sadly, was quite the opposite. We won't go again simply because the atmosphere was flat.
This is my favourite vendor for speciality gelato. I go here at least once a month and I have never been disappointed. One of the best parts of the experience is that they shape your gelato into a flower. It is so cute and really works well when you have multiple flavours because they evenly distribute each one. Absolutely recommend!
This place without a doubt is the best place to have waffles and gelati. I tried must have with hazelnut macaron,dark chocolate topping and Dulce De Leche gelato. ππ
We also tried a regular size gelati cone with a trio of litchi and rose sorbet, coconut gelato and mango sorbet which was beyond delicious.
We decided to go to this place in the evening right after we had our dinner. We did take a decent amount of time to decide what we want and then waited for quite some time to take our order .
I am overall really happy with the place and would love to visit again for everything they offer β€οΈ ππππ
Sooooo yummy! It was my 1st time & was in town from Florida, USA. I was overwhelmed by how many choices they had and all the ways you can enjoy it. The worker was very helpful in suggesting flavors and combinations. Even the customers in line were friendly, engaging and invested in helping pick the perfect 1st dish.
I just love the way they decorate the ice cream lol, so pretty and cute , ooh and the flavors are delicious , price is ok, not cheap for the amount you get but at least you can get more than one one flavor for the price of a βsmallβ, I had 3 flavors , vanilla, pistachio and caramel and I could have had more but these are my fav . Service was good π
Delicious Gelato with lots of flavours to choose from and great for the 'gram as they shape the ice cream into a rose.
We chose pistachio and chocolate.
Good coffee too.
The servers at night time were very friendly and made the experience even better.
Hands down the prettiest ice cream in a cone Iβve ever had. And thankfully the ice cream was just as delicious.

Customer service was very amazing, I ordered 3 times in a row despite the store being super busy, staff was attended to customers appropriately and I maintained patience, I will be visiting this store again and this is my favourite Amorino store of the franchise :D
Ice creame was really nice and enjoyed it, different to normal ice creame more creamer less sugary and its unique taste and great presentation. customer service by the sales assistance was good and helpful.
only down side was limited seating areas inside the shop.
Also the customer service was good, parking on Sunday after 6.30pm is free and also you can park on single yellow lines on Sunday. Alternatively you can park in pay as you display on side street.
I would recommend the place.
Simply delicious gelato. We come here now and then in summer and the place really impresses. Gelatos and so divine, so rich, creamy and flavourful and don't leave a sweet aftertaste.
At our most recent visit we really enjoyed the sundae and the waffles. It's a shame they don't have proper glass sundae glasses for serving customers who choose to eat in. The waffles were really good... Though they looked huge they were very light and fluffy.
Ice cream that is as beautiful to look at as it is to eat. A little pricy but worth it for a treat.
Absolute delight! Probably the best ice cream in a while outside Italy. They are busy but quick service. They make a really nice rose design for your ice-cream and have some really delicious flavoured macarons. Definitely recommended.

Never been to Amorino before, so this was the first visit. Chai Latte was amazing but more like a desert drink...too sweet. Good selection of gelatos and sorbets. They also serve 10 flavours of hot chocolate.
Amazing ice cream flavours, I went for the chocolate cone with Ecuadorian chocolate, toffee and coconut ice cream scoops. Brilliant designs and lovely eat in area. I have yet to try their coffee but will defiently be back again to try more.
Fantastic Gelato, taste great and the service is friendly and you can order from the electric kiosk to save time. Defo recommend. πππΌβ‘
Lovely new addition to Ealing. The ice cream was delicious. The staff friendly and welcoming and the flower ice cream cone combines quality and style. I'd like to try the other desserts and drinks in order to be able to give it 5 stars. So far, no complaints.
