Nice location, friendly service, can be challenging to find a free table but all in all.. a decent enough bakery. The sourdough bread is their highlight with almost anything. The almond croissants and the cinnamon pastry were delicious if a tad heavy on the sugars. The baked eggs are definitely too overdone and need to be better managed to come out worthy of the sourdough soldiers to dip into. The side order of bacon with that is recommended. In summary....not bad as far as a cafe bakery goes but stick to the pastries and ideally the more plain ones.

My family eats and takeout at Gail's often. A really nice place with friendly staff and fabulous bread and beverages. Can be squeezy at times.

Very popular bakery and coffee house that is busy most times making it quite difficult to get a table. Having said that, the cakes are wonderful and it's well worth visiting.

Best Gail's branch I've been to so far. Their bakery products are fresh and tasty, and the service is good too (thank you Gil and team for doing a great job). I just wish the raspberry and pistachio bun would go on the permanent menu, and that they'd make more chocolate almond croissants if they sell out so frequently. Also the coffee could be slightly better quality, but all in all it's a nice place for meeting friends in a great location in Ealing.

Visited two days running during my stay in Ealing, expectations met both times! Delicious cinnamon bun on the first day and a chocolate hazelnut bun the day after. Both had great texture and great flavor. Never takes long to get served, huge array of offerings, pleasant staff! I just hope the brand expands into the northeast of England!

It is the best place to have delicious snacks and coffee with many branches. I tried the Almond croissant at Gail in the center of Ealing, my daughter wanted to taste the cinnamon roll and both were very successful. But I must say one of their best branches is in Fulham.

I have visited this branch a few times. Can be difficult to get a seat at busy time. The brunch menu is delicious - I had mushroom toast with eggs, the spinach pastry is also very good. Wide selection of cakes. I like the pecan caramel cake. Rose and pistachio in the picture is very very sweet. The largest coffee size of Americano is very small - I feel like I need to order 2 coffees every time I visit. Lots of outdoor seating, great view of the church and people watching spot.

Really nice coffee shop. The workers are nice and the breads are freshly baked. I ordered a flat white which was really small but nice. The soufflé was really good and so was the walnut babka. Only problem is seating is limited so get a spot ASAP

This morning I was at Gail’s Ealing and I had a small disturbing situation with one of their regulars, I had a small chat with the manager who was in charge ( I didn’t take her name unfortunately but she has a black hair and eyeglasses and she was the manager in charge on 09/06 between 7am to 9am ) she couldn’t have been more of an amazing manager, she was smiling and talked to me very calmly and she was handling a challenging situation with one of the customers perfectly. Thank you for turning my negative experience to a positive one, I hope you’re getting the praise you deserve.

Nice coffee over priced breakfast. Breakfast was okay, definitely not worth bragging about!

Takeout prices cheaper than eat in. Very expensive BUT the two things we tried: Chocolate Babka and Almond Croissant were very tasty. Will come again for a special treat.

i have been to Gails in Ealing, Chiswick and Kensington High street. Out of all, I love the Gails in Ealing the most. It is super bright on a sunny day. The seating is also very nice. Staff is amaing. Gails has the best sourdough bread and you must try it. Definitely recommend.

Great bakery. But very expensive. Best cinnamon bun I've ever had. I'm trying to get one while it's still hot. But alas no luck. The best I could do is getting there at 7am and getting a little bit warm one.
