This is a fantastic local Indian restaurant. The food is not super spicy but we were told this when we enquired about the menu and the polite manager (I think he was) adjusted it. We went on a Wednesday night and it was not super busy which was a slight shame as it should have been. I guess its a little out of the way and away from the main stretch but still a short walk from the travellodge we were staying at.
Also, a point has to be made about the interior design. Top marks! The restaurant was very well done up and not your atypical Indian restaurant. Really nice spot to spend an evening.
Great place to eat. I went there with my girlfriend for a romantic meal and I was not disapointed. They had a great selection of wines and food was great. Will go there again!
Best service of any restaurant we've been to in London. Very reasonable price too.
Haweli is a nice Indian restaurant in West Ealing. The buffet is only £9.50 and includes starters (naan, poppadums) and main course dishes. The choice isn't that wide (about 8 different dishes for the main course, including pilau rice), but the food is tasty and varied. They have both meat dishes and vegetarian options. There's also a simple salad from fresh vegetables.
I had mixed vegetables, Daal Tarka (lentils), Bombay Aloo, and lots of poppadums and naan bread. I liked Bombay Aloo most - cooked potatoes in a red, sweet, delicate sauce.
The food was warm and quickly replaced with freshly cooked once a bowl was emptied. A name of each dish was written on it, so you know what you're eating.
The restaurant itself is nice with pretty decor. The staff is helpful and friendly.
AMAZING. Blown away by this place. I didn't really feel that anything about our meal could have been improved so I really wanted to leave a good review. I'm actually vegan and it's very hard to find Indian favourites that are vegan. I can't remember the last time I had a good korma before today. We got the vegan korma, vegan massala, a side of pindi channa (chickpea dish), rice and chapati. I think this will probably become my new fav restaurant in Ealing.
Best chicken saag I’ve had and I’ve had a few over the years from around the world. Not sure what spices were used but it worked perfectly. I ordinarily would prefer thigh over breast but the meat on this occasion wasn’t too dry. Had the spicy wings for starters….bang on! Khalil made every effort to make sure we had a good experience. Coming back for sure.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Haweli of Ealing is hands down the best Indian restaurant in Ealing! I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and it was an exceptional experience.
The ambiance is a perfect blend of modern and cozy. The food at Haweli of Ealing is simply outstanding, offering a diverse menu with fresh ingredients and exquisite flavors. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
I highly recommend Haweli of Ealing for a fantastic culinary journey. Can't wait to return!
The service was impeccable. Coffee served in Villeroy Bosch cup etc. Food really good delicious. Chef Khalil amazing. I eat here many years ago very happy. Ordered delivery for my birthday this year on August 6 very good meal. I brought my sister tonight both very happy she was pleased.
We hadn't been to Haweli for about 27 years as moved out the area; we went on Saturday out of curiosity to see if it was as good as we could vaguely remember. The food was fantastic - we had the mixed tandoori grill to start and it was delish; my husband had lamb for his main and we have never tasted such soft and tender lamb at an Indian restaurant before (and we have eaten at plenty) ... it was incredible. We are definitely going back again - we were SO happy with our meal.
We loved our food and the ambiance. Abdul Hakeem helped us out a lot and recommended some really delicious dishes. Thanks very much. We will definitely stop by again and recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in the area 5 Stars
Fantastic Indian restaurant (no food photos sadly). The food was delicious - meat platter to start was delicious, lovely spices on a variety of meat. For main course I had the garlic chilli chicken, perfect amount of heat, washed down with a kingfisher beer. Poppadoms, and Naan bread were equally lovely. The service was great, and after we paid the bill, we weren't rushed out of the restaurant. Our waiter Khalil was very kind!
Best Indian food I’ve ever had.
Khalil is an incredible waiter, extremely friendly and attentive, and Chef Islam in the back cooks with his heart.
They put love in the food and YOU CAN TASTE IT!
Also they have amazing vegan options, some of the best food I’ve ever had hands down.
Will recommend this place to anyone coming to London.
This isn't anything wow in terms of decor however it has a great Sunday buffet where the food is really fresh and delicious. You get to try a wide range of Indian foods including butter chicken and saag aloo. Everything I tried was tasty, plus regularly replenished. I'll certainly be back as its really hard finding a good buffet where the locals love.
One of the best Indian cuisine to try in west London, newly renovated recently.
serves halal food, decent price, full Indian menu, with desserts & drinks menu separate. Restricted parking area.
Nice food and good portions if a little on the higher side, price-wise. The naans were especially good and soft.
My fiancé and I love Haweli of Ealing! We usually order the onion bhaji as an appetizer, but decided to order the chicken wings instead. I forgot to take a photo, but they were absolutely delicious! The spice level was mild, but came with an excellent sauce on the side with a good kick. For the mains, we ordered the Chicken Jalfrezi and Chicken Tapeli (our favorites) and they were amazing as we always do - a bit spicier than usual. But we’re not complaining!
