Popped in for a late lunch for 2.
The menu had a good selection and went for the 2 course option. The decor is well done and promotes a pleasant relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food was very tasty - nice starters. I chose the steak pie for main. The gravy was fab.

Went for late lunch today after a recommendation. Situated on a really nice street in Eaglesham which feels like a million miles from the city, very traditional pub but doesn’t feel tired inside. What a splendid place this is! The steak and ale pie was the most delicious I have ever eaten and the young woman who served us was utterly delightful! Both of us so enjoyed our meal here and I cannot recommend it enough!
AMAZING. our waiter Martin was fabulous throughout the entire meal, food came out piping hot and fresh. Would definitely come again as well worth the 40 minute drive for us.
My favourite place for a pub lunch. Staff are great, music is smashing - foods absolutely delicious. (So tasty in fact I even eat the veg that comes with my meal which is previously unheard of) The Chicken Tempura & Steak Pie is soooo good!
Dog friendly with a really cheerful staff, the food is excellent, my wife is vegetarian and they have an excellent menu for her, for the carnivorous members of the party there was a fantastic choice. The lamb is brilliant
So happy this place is open again under new management back even better than before. Fantastic food, steak pie is even better. Service was great, food was great, we will be regular diners here again.
