Lovely staff, quick and efficient service and of course their lively pastries. Dog friendly in the outside area - could do with a bowl of water for our furry friends. Great coffee for a fraction of the price of nearby coffee houses.

Plenty of free parking. Easy to use service, plenty of reasonably priced food /drinks. Indoor and outdoor seating. Clean and tidy. Well worth a visit.
Sausage butty and a cappuccino for £2.60. And the sausages actually were tasty drink was good too. Lady serving me was very pleasant
Called at Greggs Arnison centre just before closing - staff were extremely polite and made us feel very valued.

We visit this outlet about two to three times per week. The staff are superb, the value for money is second to none, and the products they sell are always of the highest quality. Clean toilets as well. Well done to all concerned.

Great Greggs. The staff are very friendly and the shop is always spotless! The only suggestion I would make would be some sockets to charge phones in the seating area.
Visited the Greggs in Arnison Centre this morning... it was really busy. The young man, Dan I think, that served me was fabulous, very pleasant, quick and was doing a great job supporting another colleague that was new to the job. Well done, great customer and colleague service. 5*

Highly recommend the vanilla latte, and the southern fried chicken hot baguette is very tasty!
Spacious place to sit and eat
Brilliant staff, Laura in particular was very helpful and friendly yet remained professional. The food as always was first class, as I'd expect from Greggs. The store and toilets was clean and great covid secure practices in place.
