Came here a few times for brunch now, and it's really great. There is a big range of drinks to choose and the food is decent too (less choice for vegetarians but there are a couple). The staff are helpful, and most are very customer driven which means you really get the most out of it. I've heard stores of other bottomless brunches where they restrict how many drinks you can order which sort of defies the point.
The only thing is, the rules around drinks are unclear. Sometimes if there's an expected wait on cocktails, they will allow you to order a prosecco for while you wait. Sometimes they won't. We were told both in one brunch.
If your in Durham and fancy African cuisine, this is the place to visit. The ambience is really nice, music is wonderful, extremely delicious food !! and service is excellent. Try the jerk chicken ! Kudos to turtle bay for making our dining a memorable experience
Lovely meal at Turtle Bay today! Great choice of food. Fantastic value, especially on the children’s meal less than £6.00 for a large burger fries and a drink. Served by a lovely waitress called Carly who was very attentive. We will definitely be back!
First time to a turtle bay and won't be my last , never had a goat curry before and will now order this again no bother . Chicken roti wrap my wife & m8 got she said it was nice and my m8 got a half jerk chicken and same again he said it was spot on . Definitely recommend this place.
Our experience was 10/10. It was outstanding service with Jazz serving us. She was very friendly, accommodating and made the best of our experience in turtle bay. The blonde woman who welcomed us in was so friendly and lovely. I would highly recommend this place for bottomless brunch. The drinks are strong and taste amazing. Thanks to Jazz we got to try lots of cocktails with her attentive service. If you get her as your server at Durham Turtle Bay for bottomless brunch expect to try every cocktail on the menu with her speedy service, thanks guys!! We will be returning as it was an all round amazing experience :)
had bottomless brunch - good value for money, £32 for any brunch food (tasted amazing btw) and unlimited cocktails for 2 hours. there was a bit of a long wait between cocktails but staff were lovely and had a good time
We love the choice on the menu and food is always full of flavour. Drinks great too. Had a lovely server named Carly she was great and recommended some dishes to us which were delicious. Will be back.
Came here with my partner and I couldn’t rate this place any further. I wish there was a sixth star. You are welcomed and always made sure to be comfortable here. Food was terrific and amazing for the price. We had bottomless brunch and compared to other places with watered down drinks and a new drink every 30 minutes we had non stop delicious alcohol filled cocktails. Amazing value in here. Our server was Chloe and she really went out of her way to make our night special. Helping us with our orders and even having a genuine chat with us. Not just normal server chit chat. But all staff were amazing and friendly. Really really great place for families, couples and friends. Good atmosphere and we will definitely be returning.

Caribbean Cuisine which is fabulous. The BBQ fiery sauces and flavours are excellent. Lots on the menu to choose from. Our waitress Chloe was great at answering our questions and was friendly and attentive. Super place to have a meal out, a great vibe and atmosphere inside. Highly recommend.
