Iconic if not slightly ugly duckling by the riverside, they would love to pull it down, luckerly its now listed.
No change here, seems to be reluctantance to do any maintenance.
There are study spaces, a café that serves nice donuts and a common room.
Unfortunately it's made of concrete.
Overall, DSU is a multifunctional building with cafe, lecture rooms and etc. Everything is clean and tidy
Great, grade 2 listed building built by Ove Arup. 60s brutalist styled building as you enter New Elvet.
While the building doesn't always look pretty from the outside, inside the DSU it's a whole different story. The cafe is a great place to work and socialise, with great coffee! Also you can get discounts on pizza delivery here too
Best place to hangout and make friends. There are always some events going on here so you can be part of those events. It doesn't require any membership cards to be there so anyone can visit and be friends with anyone.
Well kept, quiet and a half hour train ride from Wembley
It doesn't look from the outside but this place is huge. It has a gym, a bar, a few recints with multiple purposes and pretty good views of the river.

The building is home to students activities in Durham University and as a landmark - it's one prominent landmark of Modern style Architecture in the city.
Good place to hang out with friends. Also a nice place to watch football or rugby on a saturday night
