Stumbled across this little beauty, what a lovely quaint tearoom the coffee was perfect and the tea cake just toasted right Mmmmm yummy. The best advice I can give you is don't drive by stop and say hi. You really won't be disappointed with this little gem πŸ™‚

Lovely little tearoom in the middle of nowhere. You can yell they've put a lot of thought and care into the look and ambience of the place, and it works. The food is nice enough, its nothing spectacular but what you want from a tearoom. The staff were top notch.

Lovely surprise of a place made from the old Hamsteels Inn pub on Front Street, Quebec, near a play park and the junction to Langley Park and Esh village. Great food and setting. Wish it well. We tried it today - a Sunday afternoon treat for grandma and two girls. Prices are reasonable and whole presentation is unexpectedly top notch. Close to Lanchester and Ushaw, in NW Durham it is a gem. Still a bit rookie service from young staff, but that will improve. Has a child's corner. Come on! new mums and carers, get here on a morning. Fresh food, awesome cakes, supports local producers. And it also appeals as a calm very pleasant tea room to meet friends, this is the spot, with its emerging gift shop as well. Looks wheelchair friendly. Glad Quebec has this new place to meet in. How fab were it one day to become an evening tea room. Well done Anne, the boss

Lovely little tea room. Will definitely return. Choices of food were limited but delicious all the same. I had a fruit scone with jam and cream. Would have been much nicer to have home made jam in a little pot rather than packaged jam .. it spoilt the presentation. I am being a bit picky but Hope comments are helpful

This was our first visit to The Quebec Tearoom, but it certainly won't be the last. The decor and ambience is very comfortable and relaxed. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the menu is small but varied. Our meals were homemade and very nice. Prices are in line with the experience and value for money. We highly recommend a visit and are sure you will not be disappointed.

It was super quiet and only us and 2 others in the place The food was a real good size and the tea came on a large tpot But I got the small china cup....which the wife though was hilarious and I have Bear paws so I just grabbed around the top and it worked just fine, I even held my pinkie in the air too! Overall a nice place on a super sunny day and just down the
