So I'll start this with saying I haven't been to a Pizza Hut since I was around 9 and I'm 26 now.
My initial thoughts of a Pizza Hut is that it was practically the McDonald's of pizza places (what I'm saying is mediocre at best).
Now we did go for the all you can eat pizza which we didn't realise wasn't on but decided to stay anyway and we all grabbed a meal deal each, of £19.99 ; a pizza with a side and a refillable drink and honestly I was pleasantly surprised. The food was boiling hot when it came out, it came out timely, the dough was great - it was very pleasant.
The staff were very nice although I feel some of the younger ones lacked a little confidence but that's not the end of the world and there was a little confusion when we ordered two separate orders to our table but they got the meals out swiftly.
The meal was just the right amount to fill me ( maybe a tad too much ) and honestly would go again!

We attended the restaurant to get a quick bite to eat. The young girl on shift was very friendly and welcomed us in, and sat us at a table.
The buffet had a good range of fresh vegetables and salad options to choose from. We also choose the buffet style pizza where you can go and pick from any of the pre-cooked pizzas as often as you need to. The facility was clean and tidy, along with the bathrooms also being fairly well looked after.
Food was good, and it definitely filled us all for the day. The staff were great, interacted well with the children and regularly checked up on our table to see if we required anything else.

Great food and this chain provides the chilli flakes just like the old days which was great. The downside for me is that the staff service is almost none existent now; its basically all self-serve, we had to order from the app, we had to ask for empty plates to be taken away, couple that with having to get your own drinks etc as per. Now, I don’t have a problem with that per se, but I’m not really sure why the food is so expansive as the experience doesn’t match the hefty price tag. My son loves Pizza Hut so I’ll stump up the cash for it when required, but at almost £30 a pizza, it seems excessive.
Start to finish we had an amazing experience. One of my sons is autistic and our server Sarah went above and beyond to make sure he was happy. We were asked if the house music wasn’t too loud for him and where we would like to sit to keep him settled. The food was perfectly cooked and everything was loverly and clean. Quick shout out to Sarah especially for her table care and attitude. The other servers were lovely too but she made sure my boys were okay.
Received a prompt and friendly welcome. Mobile ordering was very convenient, and the drinks were served almost immediately after ordering. The salad bar was very nice.
Great date night. First class service. Beautifully clean restaurant. Quick and friendly service. Great food for everyone. Will 100% come back again ♡
Everything was very accessible for me and the service was very good. I enjoyed my visit to Pizza Hut and will definitely return. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff were so friendly

Just eat could not find me a driver for hours I was so cancelled that ordered on Uber eats instead and Pizza Hut give me a free cookie dough just to make up for just eats incompetence. Outstanding customer service from Pizza Hut.

Was a busy afternoon, but it didn't come across that way with the lad serving us. He was very pleasant and friendly, and although rushed off his feet, still had the time to make sure we were welcome. Food was as expected.
