Well worth a visit if visiting Durham. The hall has lots of food stalls as well as some good Homeware stalls, you can basically get anything here!
There are many different goods, with cafe and toilets, you can comfortably spend a few hours.
Market on saturdays is great the outside stalls, the ladies clothing stall called Alavyah is especially nice so wife said. Theres vintage jeans and other stalls too. Well worth looking round and grabbing some bargains.
Loads of market sellers. Everything located inside by the city square. I found a retro toy stall and bought loads of star trek ships. There is a guitar shop too. Some stalls do not have aisles big enough for wheelchairs.
Lovely lil place lovely tolerant town actually. Bought a lovely new bag from the Turkish rug shop and my daughter a purse. One of the people working in the Queer bookstore was a person who smiled at me in town before I got there
I liked that.. proper cute 😍 🤣🤣
Plenty of lovely stalls in the old market building with interesting variety, from your typical market wares to bookshops, trinket shops and more. Nice little cafe upstairs with plenty of seating. Great atmosphere.
