Been a long time since I have been in here, I prefer to stay in now rather than go out on the drink. But... I really enjoyed my night in here, music was great with dance and lights. Iv always thought Ferryhill people are quite welcoming to outsiders. It's reasonably cheap and staff are polite.

Great pub with a good selection of beers ,wines and spirits. The service is friendly and welcoming. As is the fantastic roaring real log fire ( so seldom seen in pubs nowadays!!) . I shall certainly be visiting again.

This place has recently changed to private ownership and been totally overhauled and refurbished, and now it's amazing. The Sunday lunch was absolutely first class and plentiful, and all the staff were extremely friendly and obliging. They also have a band on every Sunday afternoon so we ended up
