Decided to pop in as drawn by the sign on the window for a mug of tea. Ordered the bacon roll with tea and added a chocolate chip cookie. Managed to get a comfy seat watching the world go by. Service was quick and roll/drink was hot and tasty. The staff seemed pleasant and friendly.
Overall pretty good value for the city centre. Appears to be an independent café, which is nice. And service was friendly. Food was not too bad either. I had Bagel Gone Bananas (peanut butter and banana). Which was very nice, but the strawberry jam was a little budget. Overall a nice place. But coul
Great little dog friendly coffee shop, staff are friendly, it's reasonably priced and there's a bit of all sorts to choose from on the menu.
Popped in for a warm drink on a busy day because of the Durham Miners Gala. The staff is friendly and the service is good.
Today I came to get an Oreo milkshake and a salted caramel popcorn cake. The milkshake was excellent but I was never given my cake as the staff forgot the order and then gave the last slice to a different customer and I understand this may have been a mistake. We were happily refunded and the staff
Good value for money took grandchildren before going to gala cinema had bacon sandwich hot drink for just under £5 would recommend
Nice little coffee house. Found the breakfast wrap delicious, but bacon could’ve been cooked a bit longer. No hash browns which is a tragedy. Filter coffee tasted a bit horrid for me but that’s personal taste. Would come back for the breakfast, and the cakes.
This is a really nice place, the Breakfast Wrap was very good and great value. The prices are very reasonable for the location and quality. Thanks for a lovely breakfast.
Delicious coffee and chocolate muffin. Prices are much cheaper and food much better than Tealicious where we had lunch.
Lovely independent coffee shop. Very nice coffee and breakfast rolls, nice to support a small shop rather than a Costa or Gregg's.
Lovely comfortable place nice and warm on a wet Wednesday in January. Very reasonably priced and a good cup of coffee
Arrived around midday, must have timed it right. Straight in found comfy seats really helpful friendly staff. Order Arrived before I settled my wife down, Alzheimers. Really great cake and coffee was good. Thought it was good value for £4.95. Would strongly recommend 👌
Lovely beef Yorkshire wrap just needed horseradish to make it perfect. Lovely Earl grey tea.
Lovely friendly staff, great drinks & cakes, and of course dog friendly, so Arthur gets to come too
