Clothing is a bit lacklustre! Food hall didn't have organic. Lacked size 8 knickers...got the last 2 packs! It was OK, good quality but just missing something.
Good large shop, extensive product range including clothes, home ware, food, flowers, cafe. Excellent parking max 4 hours. Bargains & vouchers via app. Generous return policy.

Live close by and came in here with my 9 year old daughter who wanted a bra and swimsuit for her holidays. We looked around for while until we asked for some help. She walked out properly fitted, very happy and with both items. Special mention to Meg who was fantastic. She helped my daughter with getting the exact right size, supported and advised her really well. So pleased she was there that day as I didn’t have a clue and my daughter listened very carefully to everything she said. A cut above the normal in terms of service, going the extra mile for the customer and I am so grateful for all Megs help on Monday.

My most recent visit was on Mon 31.08.20
Decided to grab a very late breakfast in the cafe (approx 11am) and received a very friendly welcome from a gentleman called Andrew. My children decided they wanted an early lunch and chose the kids meal / 4 items each. They thoroughly enjoyed their meal food. The fruit available looked perfect - really fresh.
I got the nicest cuppa I've had in a long time (M&S Gold Blend according to my receipt) and a delicious toasted teacake.
The store and cafe were both very clean and tidy (cafe tables were free of uncollected dishes etc.) which all together made for a very pleasant visit.
What I expected to be an ordinary visit to M&S ended up being a pleasant experience due to the customer service shown by ‘The A Team’. Kat turned a situation around unexpectedly, without going in to too much detail some wine I’d chosen was incorrectly priced on the shelf. Kat worked with Diane to ensure my purchase was what I expected in a friendly and efficient manner, cheers ladies very much appreciated 🥂
I called in today to buy some jeans . Feeling hungry so I had some breakfast which was poached eggs beans and toast wow I devoured them the best tasting eggs ever and perfectly cooked will be having the same next time . Worth every penny
Good range of food, clothes and home items. Always seem to have good deals in the food hall, staff only allow certain amount of people in at one time. Self checkout seems to be a bit slow, but that's because of the user and not the machine!
Just like to praise the staff in store - I wasn’t intending to ‘clothes shop’ (called in for a food shop)
but was inspired by Denise W who was, at that time, dealing with the clothing sale. She was so helpful in finding my sizes and suggesting some items, and I bought some fantastic bargains! Thank you so much Denise, very happy with all of my purchases - that’s why I shop at M&S - excellent customer service!!
Everything is in order, the shop is always clean, the staff is very helpful and polite. The quality if the clothes is really good. The only downside is the cafe. They used to make nice jacket potatoes with salad and now it's not as good as it used to be...
Clean, tidy and mostly well stocked. The wine I wanted on special offer wasnt well stocked. Only 2 bottles, same as on Saturday. Current cardboard wine carrier s are poor quality. They tear very easily when opening them up. Staff pleasant and helpful.
