We have ordered food from zeera several times in the past 5 years, and we have never ever been disappointed. The food they serve is of the highest and freshest of quality, and fabulous authentic spices and flavour. I highly recommend this Indian takeaway to anyone it's the best Indian takeaway I have found in our area. The staff are so friendly and efficient in there work. Order the madras - it is amazing! Lovely staff and 5* hygiene rating too. Curry is always hot and never late.

It's been a while now since I was last here. Remember now why I was such a regular customer. Take away was the best ever. Had the special banquet. I collected but delivery is available. Large, free car park is just behind the shop.

Good Indian takeaway. Staff are very friendly. Food is always lovely to the taste BUT can sometimes be slightly cold hence the 4/5. Good special offer on a Thursday night. A one to try if you're a fan of Indian cuisine however as pictured I go for the generic Chicken Tikka Masala 👍
Called in last night on a friend's recommendation- so pleased we did! Gorgeous food and quick service, lovely deep flavour and tender meat. We had the lamb bindya, beautiful! They also do a bbq selection all in foil cartons ready to go on your bbq! Brilliant idea! Will def be back. Xx
Always order from here and never had a problem. Infact they deliver quicker than the local take aways (we live in Meadowfield). The food arrives hot and is the best around. Dont understand the negative reviews.

Fantastic customer service,very helpful.Ordered four meals,two of the meals were for vegans & the owner went above & beyond to adapt the order to suit the vegans.The meals were the best we’ve had in a long time,cooked to perfection along with smiling friendly service! Thankyou!
A good place for the ones who miss Indian home meals in Durham. Tried the biryani, not bad at all. And for the price, it's too good. And what a lovely, polite and professional guy who took our order. Wish it was eat-in too!
My favourite indian takeaway! For the price and the portion, it is satisfying. On a busy day, they are alittle late. But they make it up to you! One time my food was delivered late and took them an hour and 30 mins. I was worried I may receive my food cold. Fortunately, I got it nice and hot, and seems like they put in extra effort for their lateness. I always order from here.
This is the first time we have ordered from here and we'll definitely be back! Nothing was too much trouble and all of the food was amazing - right down to the mixed pickle! Such a lovely owner and a lovely restaurant. 5⭐

We ordered takeaway food for 20 people for a graduation party - staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful (unlike the first two places we approached). They prepared and delivered really excellent food outside their normal working hours, communication was excellent and the dishes arrived hot and on time.
