Really good food and atmosphere. We got the Meat n Meze mixed grill to share; The meat was done excellently and there was a lot of it. The only complaint is that the alcohol prices are unreasonable: Nearly £4 for a 330ml bottle of Peroni or Strongbow.
Fantastic Food, lovely atmosphere and great staff. Me and my husband shared the Don Mixed Grill with halloumi fries and the had the Baklava for dessert. Everything was really tasty, well cooked and great flavours. Definitely recommend anyone to eat here, we will certainly be returning soon.
I went to Meat n Meze with a table of 7, the food was exceptional and service outstanding. Excellent value for money. All the food was fresh and full of flavour. Definitely my new favourite restaurant in Durham and I have already recommended it to many of my friends and family
This is a really good grill restaurant. We arrived more or less by chance on a late train, but were welcomed and served a large portion of juicy, flavoursome lamb chops. I'm quite choosy about this kind of food, having eaten Mediterranean grills all over Europe, but they do it very well. I hope they make a go of this new place, it really deserves to succeed.
Food is great. Staff friendly and helpful. Ordered a collection of starters for a meze. Good sized portions. 3 more than enough for two people. Just opposite the Gala Theatre so handy for a pre show.meal
We thought the food was excellent and really good value for money. The portion sizes were very generous. Staff were lovely. We highly recommend.
Awesome food. Healthy, fresh and delicious. No where like this in the area so it's amazing to have! Also the service was really good.
