Came here for bottomless brunch - all the staff were lovely, Abbey and Craig were amazing, wonderful hosting skills and always checking in with us to see what drinks/food we would like. The food was absolutely stunning, even ended up taking some home with us! Cocktails were gorgeous and very well made - definitely coming back here and recommending to everyone! :) lovely staff, lovely service and lovely atmosphere, perfect place to go :)
My wife booked a bottomless brunch for us both for our stay in Durham..
I was a bit hesitant as I've done other bottomless brunches before and you always seem to be awaiting you're next "top up"....
Not here. Craig the barman looked after us amazingly...making sure we were OK and forever serving us at the tableš...
Serving us before any of the other customers made us feel really appreciated...
Can't recommend this place enough for the selection of drinks cocktails food ect...
If Craig sees this as I hope he does he will remember us.

Lovely pub, nicely decorated and friendly staff. This place is great to visit in the day, grab a pint, sit in the window and people watch, or visit in the evening when it really livens up and it is one of the pubs to visit at night.
We did the brunch and both value for money and service were fantastic. Alex went above and beyond for us, as did all the staff, and we had a fantastic time enjoying the views, eating delicious pizza and drinking even more delicious cocktails. It's about a 6hr round trip for us to Durham but we had so much fun celebrating that we'll definitely be back!
Absolutely amazing!! My friend and me came for the bottomless brunch yesterday and we were not disappointed!! I had the cheesey pizza and my friend had the burger, with buttermilk chicken breast!
Our server, Georgia was the perfect hostest!! She was there when we needed her, and didn't let our glasses run dry!! Very friendly and helpful, it was the perfect experience!! We will definitely be back!!!
The food was great!! And the drinks were not particularly expensive. We will come back for sure!
Great atmosphere, decent food! Good selection of vegan food (the vegan Mac & Cheese was excellent). Can order through the app. Easily accessible condiments. Good age range. Loads of screens, GREAT for watching sport. Music wasnāt too loud and the outdoor area is incredible.
Just been for bottomless brunch, our waiter Tom was A-star 10 out of 10. Food was lovely and drinks fabulous great service and lovely pub. Would highly recommend

The inferno wings live up to their namesake. Could've murdered some blue cheese or ranch dip.

A brilliant time celebrating my granddaughter's 18th birthday. The buffet was fantastic, big up the mac n cheese! The staff are so friendly and helpful, thank you for making the day so special.
Great pub. Been in a few times now and had good service with good quality reasonably priced food. As a craft ale fan, always a good choice and Thursday nights are great value with the offer on craft beer and cocktails.
Food was amazing,we had the bottomless brunch and unlimited cocktails for the 1hour and a half are glasses were never empty. Service was outstanding by Denise and staff this is the second time i have been and celebrated my 40th birthday , We have always been made to feel welcome. Will definitely be back for a third time . We always come to the Library in Durham for breakfast when we stay here. Mikey and Denise couldnāt be more accommodating even when itās not on the menu Denise put together some fruit and waffles for my wife which she thoroughly enjoyed. Such a warm friendly and welcoming service we look forward to our next visit
Came here for bottomless brunch and it was fantastic! Our server Josh was an absolute legend, made sure we always had drinks on the table and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect! 5 minutes before out time was up he made sure to come over and get us another couple of drinks!
Josh gave us 100% and we will definitely be coming back!
We signed up for bottomless brunch and had a fantastic time. Fiona and Tom repeatedly visited to check if we needed drinks. 10/10 experience. Amazing value for money.
Great place to have lunch, great prices, best sit out the back overlooking the river when it's sunny. Dogs welcome. Tables an accommodate upto 15 easerly, usb and power sockets everywhere for that working lunch.
Popped in on spec and only had a pot of tea between two of us . Felt guilty as they only charged Ā£2 and we got 2 cups out each of delicious tea.
Wish we had ordered food.
