I took my partner and parents here for Mother's Day. The food and service was lovely. We will definitely visit again. The young girl who served us was really nice. Only downside was the Restaurant Manager thought it was appropriate to discipline the waitress in front of us which I found very unprofessional and inappropriate. She was doing such an amazing job.

The food was absolutely outstanding!! One of the nicest steaks I have ever eaten!! The lobster was cooked to perfection too. The service was second to none too! Definitely worth every penny

The place is absolutely beautiful 😍 we loved the atmospheric and the service was outstanding. We were served by Alicja who was well experienced, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The food here doesn't disappoint and although it's a stake house we went for other options. We had scallops 10/10, whole lobster with garlic butter 10/10, beef carpacio 5/10 , halibut and Cray fish pasta 9/10
Our favourite are scallops combined with apple puree were delicious. Lobster was cooked to perfection and most importantly all take out of shell. So no fussing around. The tagliatelle with halibut was full of flavour but the fish was slightly over cooked and skin burned but other than that it was spot on. The carpacio was a let down. The meat was sliced too thickly, finished with aioli was too fat and left bad after taste. The quality of the beef fillet used wasn't too good either, so I'm actually glad we didn't try the steak🤷

One of the best meals I've ever had, wonderful service and amazing food. Genuinely couldn't fault it.
We have the ribs and cheese soufflé, a chateaubriand for 2 followed by a knickerbocker glory and a dark chocolate dessert.
Perfect and cannot wait to go back.

We’ve eaten in many restaurants of various standard, including Michelin star and this is as good, if not better than all.
Staff attentive, very polite and restaurant manager a real character who was happy to engage with us throughout.

Big fan of the rib room however this was my first trip for Sunday lunch. It was as great as normal with friendly staff, quick service and exceptionally high quality meat! Food portion sizes were good and there were a nice selection of desserts, I had the brownie which was good however could be improved by warming up the sauce and potentially having vanilla ice cream to make it less rich. The two courses for 19 pounds was a good deal and overall I would thoroughly recommend it for Sunday lunch !
The food was excellent. They also catered for gluten/dairy allergies in our party too.
Good quality steak house. Instead of individual steaks, we chose to share a very large ribeye steak, known as a tomahawk, to make the meal more interesting and memorable, and it it was more than we could manage between 3 of us. The chips were excellent and the meal was good value.
Its an absolute lovely place not just for food, but our dinner was amazing as always . I had the filet steak, my partner had the BBQ ribs and MIL had lamb.
Awesome steak! And lovely customer service to boot. We had dinner with our son here on a trip to visit him at Uni. The staff were friendly, kind and patiently explained the pros and cons of the cuts. The meat locker is a sight and the lobsters are fresh - so fresh you can see them sitting in the tank - all at amazing prices. Will be going again.

Staying at Ramside so decided to give this restaurant a try. Last minute reservation for here, so only 9:15 onwards available, which is to be expected. No Lobster or lamb which, again, to be expected with a late reservation so no issue.
Service was a little on the slow side, which was surprising given the relative size of the place and number of covers.
Couldn't fault the food, steak cooked to perfection and the wine was superb. Would happily return any time!!
