Me and 4 friends went for the Boozy Afternoon Tea on The Tipsy Terrace. Excellent value for money!! Loads of home made food-cakes, sandwiches, sausage rolls, cake shots! Lots of drink choices. Staff so friendly and helpful. They made the 10 of us very welcome.
You lost a star because we would have all had dessert but you had nothing in on the menu only a brownie - you lost a few pounds because of that.
Ordered sunday beef lunch.....only downside was veg carrots and runner beans were slightly undercooked and my fork handle snapped whilst eating dinner but all in all I would definitely come again.....
Perfect place for a great eat definitely worth its price and to stay with the amazing and friendly staff who do amazing with serving drinks day and night and the amazing kitchen staff who always come out and make the best meal for you and your friends and family as well been able to host amazing eve
Thank you very much for a nice experience here yesterday during my sister's wedding. The food is lovely , staff is very attentive and very helpful to us. They decorate the venue well.
Great meal cheaper than a McDonald's . Best bar meal I've had for years..👍
Great pub brilliant night!!hanging the next day
We went there as we thought the carling premier was on but it wasn't (I would maybe take the sign down). However we got a table and the songs on were very much my style. Good music, not too loud and seemed to be well controlled in there. Definitely go back again if I was in dunstable.

Unfortunately for me it's Monday and not a good day to rate a pub but was a comfortable experience if a little expensive compared to its sister pub the Old Sugar Loaf, Swan always had a good reputation in the 1990s so good luck keep it up.

What a gem, cosy clean and comfortable, real fire, good inexpensive food. A good example of traditional pub.

The gardens pretty and the whole pub has a rather posh feel whilst also being comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere. Im yet to sample their food but im told that both the dining in and food delivery is top notch.
Live music events are goo
Came in with my daughters for dinner, gammon egg and chips was delicious. Friendly staff and very reasonable priced.
I had the 3 meats roast today absolutely delicious, arrived reasonably hot,, great postions of meat and veg,lovely homemade Yorkshire pudding,,i would highly recommend this 👌 😋
Really nice roast! Came quickly and was still super hot. Massive portions and really worth the money. The only negative was they forgot my drink but other than that would highly recommend
