Love visiting this cafe! We come up from Somerset, this was our second visit, always seems busy and a sense of community inside. Nice food and cakes, not to mention the locally roasted coffee, it was so good I bought a bag of it to take home!
Amazing vegan options; hot rolls with vegan haggis, sausage and tattie scone. Homemade vegan ice cream! And cake, plant milk. Really cute atmosphere and super affordable, dog friendly as well. Absolutely worth a visit.
Enjoyed a delicious lunch of chicken, fries and slaw washed down with a biscoff milkshake. Absolutely gorgeous stuff! Really good service here as well, very welcoming😊
Up in Scotland to see my mother and i had the idea to get some lunch from The Swallow Cafe. Amazing Food at great prices, 7 of us walked in and was greeted straight away by the friendly staff, We all had a bite to eat and a drink (Best Latte I have had since being in Scotland), Place was so good that on the way out we all got ice cream and cakes and I can assure you all delicious and went down a treat, Thank you for everything and next time we are back up here we will definitely visit again.
Nice little café. Nice staff, good portions reasonable priced food. Coffee is lovely. Can recommend Nachos with chilli and Nachos with the Haggis.
We arrived as a group of 6 with 2 dogs in tow and was made to feel very welcome. Dogs were given treats and a drink, and tables were arranged to accommodate us all. The service was friendly and quick and the food was beautiful and very good value. We enjoyed our lunch and would definitely recommend this lovely cafe to others.
We popped in here for a takeaway, the food was delicious and the portions sizes were good. Definitely would try again!

Nice small cafe in Dunoon. Food was excellent. I had a backed potato with haggis and chedder, which was excellent. Others had burgers, mac and cheese, baked potato with chicken which were also said to be excellent. Kids meals were bit underwhelming but OK.
Service was excellent.
Prices were reasonable. There is no parking on site or in the street next to the cafe. There are few car parks which charges 1 pound per hour.
We founs there are ample parking on the streets on the residential area above the town centre just a 2 minute walk.
Always good service, good lunch selection, and quality food.

Always superb. Great drinks, great food. Have had their breakfasts many times, coffees, cakes, pancakes and high-quality homemade ice creams. People complaining about the price I feel should be blaming inflation rather than the café, because if you're looking for the same somewhere cheaper you will have a hard quest ahead of you.

I had a nice double nugget 😋 and latte and my partner had a roll link sausage and tea very busy pets welcome (we'll behave ones)
I dint know their where 3 dogs in the cafe there where so quiet it was only when the owners
came out the cafe I was so surprised to see them 😊 so Denis and Clare the Rutherglen pair has been there 😎😊
Came in for tea and because it was my birthday decided on cake to, and the lovely ladies put a candle in mine and sang happy Birthday.
We had a cracking feed here - great traditional cafe with great service and food. Also dog friendly
