Dropped in for an early tea and was very impressed with the food and great value for money. Lovely juicy gammon steak and the fish was fantastic. Great wee pub with friendly staff and locals alike. Will definitely be back when we are next in Dunkeld

Excellent food, couldn't fault anything, very friendly and a real homely pub atmosphere. Although menu is very varied we were even told that if there was nothing we fancied on the menu, they would see what the Chef could russle up for us!!and as for Taz........ just gawjuss........

We were looking for a quick dog friendly place for food and couldn't have been happier to find this place!
We were lucky enough to get the last table, under the large TV (with the football on, so a great find if you want this too). Food was an amazing surprise, utterly delicious! Best mac & cheese I have had in years, delicious steak pies and burger. Service was very quick (in & out in a hour for 2 steak pies & chips and a mac & cheese and a big burger and drinks and a dog feed with 2 rounds of drinks in a very busy pub).
Another plus is a lovely park for a dog walk at the end of the road.

Excellent service in the restaurant. We need gluten free food and they were able to offer this with their haddock dish. It was excellent. We also had macaroni cheese which was also delicious. Very reasonable pricing for high quality food. Oh, and dog friendly!
Great vibrant local pub with lots of locals and tourists. Very cozy. Myself and my partner only came in for drinks on a busy Saturday night but staff were ace - very little wait at the bar despite it being busy. Hope to be back.
Absolutely fantastic place, food is lovely, we had daughters wedding meal here and everything was perfect, the chef also baked my daughter's wedding cake which was beautiful, would recommend to everyone! Thank you

We came down from a literal drenching on nearby Birnam Hill to try and get food. They were overwhelmed with customers, especially since Scotland's world cup rugby was on but managed to accommodate us for dinner at very short notice. Lovely food and service for some dishevelled and soaked hillwalkers. Thoroughly recommended!!!
Stopped in for early dinner with our 2 girls. Kids menu fantastic and both kids ate well. I had chicken burger... wow. 2 pieces of chicken smothered in cheese and bbq sauce. Homemade skin on chips were a bonus. Husband said "Best Steak pie, it just melts in your mouth" compliments to the chef, bar staff, waitress & local patrons lovely. Highly recommended

Great pub. Busy Saturday evening. Very dog friendly. Probably one of the best burgers we’ve eaten in years!!! Highly recommend but you will need to book!!
