Friendly staff. Excellent service. Great prices. Delicious food, fresh and tasty. Leaf tea served in beautiful teapot with fine bone china cups and saucers. We had a ploughmans and a jacket potato served with salad. Did I mention the food was delicious?! So pleased we found this little gem :-) Check out the wonderful 'teacup and saucer' light fitting!

Fabby new look at Palmerstons, well done team ...coffee and craic still the best in Dunkeld. Yummy soup and scone today as I cycled around this lovely part of Perthshire. Happy easter springtime!

We had our lunch from Palmerstons after our hike from The Hermitage. It was a perfect end to our day after the walk. We had the club sandwich and mature cheddar sandwich, both were lovely and filling.Very welcoming though it was nearly their closing time. Its worth the price and would definitely be going back! Highly recommend!

Another great welcome and service. Quickly seen to and seated by the window. The scones are a must we had one each and shared. The spiced plum scone with clotted cream and homemade raspberry jam was the best. Great friendly banter too. Cannot recommend this place enough. Dog friendly too.

This place was recommended to me and I know why. It was reasonably busy the day I visited but I got a small table. I ordered egg mayonnaise and it was a very generous helping. I had to go for a good walk afterwards I was full up. There was a constant turn over as Dunkeld is very popular with visitors. There are lots of eating options in Dunkeld but I was glad I went with my recommendation. The staff were very nice and coped well with a busy restaurant.

Lovely little cafe on the main road. Welcoming and friendly staff. Coffe was good and the scone with jam was pretty big and tasty. I also ordered a slice of peanut butter cake. That was on another level. Soooo good!

We had a lovely sandwich, ploughman's lunch and a Rock cake with jam and cream. Most things were freshly home made you could even buy the jam, pickle, marmalade, chutneys etc. It's a little on the pricey side but it is so worth it for a special treat and the little village is lovely to walk around after.

Lovely wee place, cosy, nice decor, clean toilets, super helpful and friendly staff. Only had a scone and tea but both were delicious. Definitely will come back on our caravan trips to the area.

Needing a little refreshments after our walk to the falls we decided tea and a scone were going to hit the spot. It was late-mid afternoon so didn't think we would find anywhere. Came across this amazing little cafe and we were not disappointed. Very friendly staff, clean and very welcoming even though we were heading in nearing the end of their day. Will be back when up visiting the area again.

This is a great little spot for a meal. Had a sandwich. Very good. Just a few minutes off of the main road between Inverness and Edinburgh. Great jams for sale. Will go again when passing by.

Lovely little bistro in my favourite Scottish village. A table was easily available, service was prompt, and the ploughman's lunch hit the spot

We stopped for lunch.Had soup and a scone which both were brilliant. The scones were so light and tasty, the soup was delicious and full of flavour. Also brilliant coffee and I don't often find places where I rate a coffee so good.

Super friendly people. Great food, generous portions. My husband had the ploughmans with a selection of breads. I had the open faced Tuna with crisps and salad. The best lunch I'd had on this holiday!
