My sister and I came for afternoon cake and hot drinks. Menu looked great but when we went to order, the waiter said they couldn't make us any hot drinks and the moment. Food is nice enough...they do a lovely roast dinner. But usually even if it's just a little bit busy there's a LONG wait for food. There seems to be a shortage of staff also as the tables aren't cleaned off for the next customers very often which is a little off putting to be fair. Wacky Warehouse
Waited a while for our meal even though the place was fairly empty. No BBQ sauce on Hunters Chicken- by time someone came past& asked if everything was OK the meal was over!! Tomato on breakfast was not cooked properly. The food was nice& hot. The restaurant was clean but could of done with the heat
Disgusting, waited over hour for the food which was lamb shank with mash and vegetables there was only peas and the gravy was like water, the peas were floating in the gravy, lasagne with chips the chips didn’t arrive, two steaks which were cold and under cooked after stating wanted them well done
Came here on Saturday. Place was quiet but well staffed. All windows were opened so there was loads of flies flying around the place. Ordered food and was very disappointed. Awful. 6 of us stopped off after weekend away. Table we sat at had been re-set with clean napkin, cutlery but not wiped. Covered in sticky drink marks, salt etc.

Dirty tables, infestation of fruit flies, food went back twice because it was burnt, best of all was the disappointing attitude of the staff, the duty manager was rude and couldn't have cared less, when we had to move table we had to clean and clear
