Roy was really good. He had patience to listen to our specific vegi requirements and add requested ones.
So today I went into sub way at Hospital Hill Dunfermline. The wee young girl serving was amazing. A packed shop, multiple orders and she was so so courteous to everyone. She made our complex order to perfection and was unflappable. A very successful person in the making. Well done whoever you are.
I was having the worst day ever, and they made me smile and feel so much better, they are the kindest, sweetest crew I have the privilege to do business with, food is amazing and so are the crew, well worth the order
A few changes since we were last at SW..
Salad bowls (plastic) are now boxes (cardboard)... I was skeptical but it didn't get soggy even though we walked home to eat.. Well Done SW. The new condiments of sun-dried tomatos, crispy onions and seeds/nuts were a lovely textural addition to my salad and my wife's sub. Nice....thank you Subway.
Can't complaine food is good an looks like the pic (we all know other food changes that don't come close not naming any "mac d" coffee is good looks an feels clean an the staff are so warm an friendly no matter the situation. I have gave this store\shop a full 5star without any hesitation.

Amazing customer service, staff are very friendly and will help you decide what you want. Not like other subways in the area that rush you. Very busy at school lunch hours, I recommend avoiding this subway at that time.
