One of the best chippys in Scotland. The one the spot quality checks with the chips mean you always get the best chips, never too soft or too crunchy, always perfect. Everything else is brilliant, very well priced and always tastes divine. Never had a bad meal from here. Although the student rotation on tills need a little more customer service training the regular full time staff are absolutely delightful. Surprisingly cheery given the high pressure and temperature environment they work in almost every day.
Proper fish and chips with salt and chippy sauce, mmmm. Vinegar is just wrong all you weegies and south of Scotland folk!
Never usually have to wait long compared to other chippys and have sampled various different options from the menu which have always been tasty. Tried their donner kebab recently which was delicious as I munched it down watching MasterChef ! Requires strong will power not to visit more often. Recommended !

I've been here a few times and so far have never been disappointed, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food is always fresh cooked and tastes as it should.

I like Gennaro's and I enjoy the food. Telephone/website orders placed for collection are exceptionally quick. Usually ready to collect within ten minutes.
Prices are ok and in line with other chippies in area. Although being charged 60p for a small tub of sauce shocked me... I prefer to have my sauce in a tub instead of doused all over the food! So if I had it doused, it was included in price but in a tub it meant I was charged! Anyway, overall I would recommend!
By far the best chippy in Dunfermline, always had great food, we recently tried 2 other chippys near Duloch due to kids finishing football late and needed something quick and the orders were shocking, confirmed for us that I'm prepared to travel that we bit further to Gennaros as you are guaranteed fresh, quality food.
First time using this chippie. Pleased to say they take contactless payments. I had a fish supper, cooked fresh, two pieces of fish, was very good. She had a white pudding supper and noted that it was very good too. Decent portions! Definitely use again when in the area.
Stopped in on way home to Perth, my daughter found it on Maps, so glad she did! Staff were great, portions epic and everything we had was brilliant! (Which was a lot... eyes bigger than belly!)

Very pleasant staff, ordered a fish supper, received a large portion at a very reasonable price, it was delicious and I've been back two more times since. This is now my go to fish and chip shop, thank you😋
