Well, it's McDonald's, but as a result, you know what you're getting. Lovely tasty burgers and fries. I did, however, leave my phone behind. I phoned my number and thankfully the duty manager answered. I went immediately, half expecting my cash and cards that I keep in it to be gone. Arrived back, and the manager wouldn't allow me to take the phone until I unlocked it. Very sensible action indeed. Very very impressed.
Great good was good the staff where very nice checking on all around to make sure they were ok. Friendly too!
Food in this branch is always nice. But shop is extremely busy and noisy if sitting in but that can't be helped with kids party's etc...
Excellent experience for a grandad and granddaughter - big shout out to Emma the Customer Experience person - helped out at check in, food suggestions, provision of high chair along with crayons and paper!! First class - and the food wasn’t bad either! Well done guys! Roger and Amélie.
You can order on the kiosk screens but it's not straightforward and the card payment didn't go through both times and is bit tricky to get back off that page to select counter payment. Anyhow placed the order but the server forgot 1 meal from the order of 5 people. And the fries were bit cold as the packets were already before you place ur order. Staff tend to help but you hv to go to them or no body wl call you on their own & people who know the system their, they wl go ahead of u & u can end up standing there. Overall near satisfying experience but not top notch. Thanks
If there’s one thing, it’s consistency. Ordered on their app ahead of time and within minutes of arriving, it’s ready. No long wait. Couldn’t be happier

Good McDonald's in Dundonald with drive in, takeaway, indoor and outside seating. There's plenty of free parking beside it. It's close to Dundonald Hospital and Moat Park.
Called in for a burger with my nephew on Monday evening, he requested table service on placing our order. (Didn't even know this was an option 😁) Young lady that brought us our meal was just lovely, even came back to ask if we enjoyed our meal or if we wanted anything else. Burgers were delicious. Amazing service.

Haven't been in a McDonald's for years. Called in to the one in dondonald, so clean and the girl greeted us in and took our order from the machine. The girl was so friendly and even came to the table to ask us if we were enjoying our meal. Best service I have seen in a long time 👏
Conswater McDonald's have gone downhill in the last few months, especially the issues surrounding the delivery drivers taking up collection bays and disabled parking spaces just to be close to the building. It's prompted me to seek alternatives for takeout.

Since the pandemic this place has definitely upped its game with regards to extra cleaning g etc. Cleaners are really good at what they do, tables are always sparkling, no food left on the floor either. Toilets are decent too. I hasten to add that not all of the Macdonalds chain are like this. This one is great 👍
