The wife and I went last night and we got served and seated very quickly. It wasn't that busy! We got our drinks and food ordered which was great. About 15 minutes had passed and we hadn't got our food. The waitress came over and told us that the chef had mixed up the order so they had to re do the order which would've taken a bit longer. We were given 2 free drinks on the house which was very nice of the waitress. Then when we got the food I noticed my sweet chilli chips were cold. So I went up told the waitress that they were so they took the chips of the bull which was great. So when we finished our meal we were offered 2 free desserts and we were amazed at how great the customer service was and very rare to get else Where. We will be back again because the food was fantastic and the customer service was on point.
5 star food, 5 star service! This place is fantastic, our server Megan was so friendly. Couldn't recommend enough.
We visited this evening and it was super busy!! Where seated quickly and had the most awesome server! I think his name was Jordan and he could not have been more helpful! Checking dairy free options, having my meal reheated (baby wanted fed as soon as my meal arrived�) Instead he arranged a fresh one, and finally packaging the leftovers. He was chatty and friendly. Just fab! And the food is always great!!
Excellent value for money. Variety of gluten free food. Most dishes could be done for me. Very tasty and good presentation. They don't stint on portions. Very friendly,helpful stafff, enthusiastic about their food! I would recommend to friends and family.
Easter Monday and the restaurant was packed however the staff were very courteous, the food came quickly and it was all very fresh and delicious! Well done on coping so well under pressure. Would recommend to anyone!
Was up having a meal before going to the cinema and was extremely pleased! Our waitress Robyn was a lovely girl and provided us with excellent customer service. Always making sure that our food was ok and always asking of we needed anything! Would definitely recommend anyone to go for some food.

Just back from a visit to blue Chicago. Yummy food, such a welcoming place and our waitress Megan couldn’t of been any better, first class customer service from her � thanks guys �
Just had an amazing meal first class service it was my little girls birthday and the lovely girl Carly brought her a little cake and played happy birthday lovely touch and amazing food �
Was in Blue Chicago at Dundonald the food was excellent had the steak sizzler my friend had the chilli chicken, meal very warm. We were served by a girl called Lucy she was very polite and looked after us well, nothing being too much trouble. Will definitely be back.

We went to Blue Chicago on Friday afternoon, and we enjoyed everything. Food was absolutely delicious I had the steak fillet and it was gorgeous. Our we server Megan was amazing and made our day. We will definitely be back.
This is one of our favourite places to eat, we try to go whenever my hubby isn't working, went last night as a treat for my hubbys birthday after getting no reply to either the email and the text (until we had been and gone) the young waitress who served us (Megan) was a credit to the place she couldn't do enough for us she even went in next door to get us our corn bread, but the young dark haired girl ( didn't get her name) who came to take our dessert order could have at least smiled, I asked if she could put a candle in my hubby's dessert (as it was his birthday) but she just came and sat it on the table no candle and no happy birthday and not even as much as a smile.. Maybe if she watched how Megan works and treats customers she might learn a few tips... Bit disappointed but hey ho
Greeted promptly served surprisingly quickly with our drinks. The chicken strips were big and the Brisket stack was awesome . Will definitely be back here .

I have been following these guys on Insta for a while and jumped at the opportunity to try there food, was absolutely not disappointed at all! The burger was a 5* effort from top to bottom, the service was fantastic and for a Friday night the atmosphere was great. Plenty of people around but no shortage of staff for service with everyone on shift clearly having a good time. It made me miss the good times I've had working in restaurants over my career to be honest. Blue Chicago has sky rocketed into my top 5 places to eat in Northern Ireland and i encourage everyone to find out why.
Very good food and drinks, the fried chicken was absolutely delicious and the cocktail pitcher was tasty yet strong. The service was super fast and the waitress was attentive and friendly. Great price, super cheap, only 40 pound for two entrees and a cocktail pitcher. Lots of spacious indoor seating.
This is a really nice American Diner place serving amazing and delicious foods.
The jackfruit starters are really good but not the same with crispy chicken starters which is average.
The main course with the vegeterian foods and the meats menu is really great. The santa Fe served is very good.
Finally the hot chocolate brownie with ice-cream is the show stopper.
Definitely recommended.

Visited it recently and the food quality is really good still but ordered cornpepper sauce as a side and a wee cup costs 2.50 which is a bit excessive I thought. Only noticedd as it added fiver extra in my bill so something to be aware of 😁
Absolutely loved it. The food was soo good and there was a lot of it, you will definitely not be able to move after eating here, which to me is a plus 😂. The price is good too, we had 2 starters, 2 mains, 3 drinks and a coffee for £35.
The waiters/waitresses were really nice as well, very friendly and helpful.
Went back for breakfast not that long after having dinner there and it was just as nice and just as good as the evening time.
Definitely worth going if you are looking for good food and a good atmosphere.

Update .. food was so nice and fresh and there was lot .. only down side is the price but everywhere like that ATM ...but hopefully it not be for long .. definitely will go back
Brisket and chicken were delicious. Banoffee sundae was terrible. Staff were very good with our daughter and buggy.

Excellent service and polite staff who catered well for our party of 13 after walking in off the street unannounced. The food was decent too. There's a good range on the vegetarian menu albeit not the healthiest of a menu but a heavy grub that puts one in a food coma for 3 hours afterwards.
