Visiting Dundee and just love the bacon roll and hot drink breakfast combo. The rolls are fresh and squishy, they don't skimp on the bacon. The service is very friendly too. We even returned for lunch I had a steak bake. It was hot, crispy pastry and nice filling. My husband had a vegan sausage roll, nice texture and taste. Great price too.

Stopped off at Gregg's for a coffee chapel street, (sit in) while shopping in Dundee. All staff were very polite and helpful, but observing from my seat, a chap called Kevin went above and beyond to attend to customers. Well done, it's hard to find such good service now a days.

Best greggs in the city centre, I had downloaded the greggs app and was able to get a free hot drink - I had just assumed it would just be a regular sized drink but the guy behind the counter offered if I'd like the Christmas syrup in my hot chocolate and if I'd like it large!! For Free!! I would have just walked out with a normal sized hot chocolate!! However during lunch time there is a really overly chatty woman who doesn't really take a hint on when people want to be left alone and sits with customers if she knows them instead of being behind the counter making the lunchtime rush seem a bit of a nightmare for her colleagues.

I do like Gregg's, but the quality isn't always there. Some days the food is delicious, others its overcooked and dry. I would love to see a few more healthy pastry options

Always a great friendly place. We go every week to meet up with family/friends Would like to see more vegan options as I do enjoy the vegan sausage roll but I get fed up of the same thing all the time oh and oatly milk for lattes as I'm lactose intolerant and can't have sunflower oil in certain milk alternatives but apart from this I do enjoy sitting in and having a catch up.

Very handy shop! Good place to have a cuppa. Busy and providing quality items at reasonable prices. Shame about the 'Covid' seating as we didn't get one! Had to drink our tea outside, not so handy!

Greggs is greggs you know what your gonna get if you've been before. But today the gentleman who served me was beyond great. I asked if they still did the pre cut sausage rolls, they don't, but he cut up some for my boys and also gave them their own wee paper bag each. It's the wee things

Service not so great yesterday so marked down a star. She could have been a bit more friendly and listened more to my requests for items. Forgot items after ringing up too. I had to ask for it.

It's cheap and cheerful. Had a pie, it was just out the oven and a very large cardboard container of piping hot tea which was only £1. Toilets are kept very clean
