Excellent service tonight. I made a mistake on my order and despite it being my fault they sent out a replacement item immediately no questions asked. All food piping hot and delicious, great customer service. Will definitely order again 😁
Nice service. I ordered a Pizza using the app and went here to collect that one. The service was fast and it was an easy collect too. The process from making to the collection was shown in the app. There was no waiting inside the shop.
After taking remortgage on the house to affoard a Papa Johns I wasnt dissapointed, prices are ludicrous however check for voucher codes in your junk mail, and their meal deals. Pizza Hut still beats it (Personal opinion) of my better half not mine, however only have one house to remortgage . Service

Had problems with the Papa Johns website for selecting gluten free pizza and also it saying they don't deliver to Newport postcode but turns out they do. Phoned up the branch and the staff were really helpful. The pizzas were great and delivered very promptly. Will use again.

Nice pizza nice staff go for the 4.99 deal on my break small pizza with a drink good value Evey now and again but it supposed to open at 12 but the door is locked and when you do get in they r still seting up so u have to wait longer for your order not so good when you only have an hour break
