Where do I begin,
It was around 7:30 on Tuesday the 25th of April. I remember seeing the advert...
"Soooo fresh...." Never stale I thought.
I decide to gather the horde (my most trusted advisors) and set off on our most thrilling, grueling and longest adventure yet.
We begin by walking past Abertay university. Through the hills, past Morgan Academy. Yea man. Only three times.
The journey was long...
1 hour and 10 minutes...
We had arrived, finally, our gullets would be filled and our minds would be satisfied...
We walk towards the door, the feeling so familiar but so foreign at the same time...
The entrance is open, we make haste to
the counter of payment. Our order is placed... We await patiently.... Finally its here... We can rest easy knowing what fresh and chips tatses like...
It was pretty good honestly. The pizza was good, the chips were amazing, but the fish... The fish was something else...
They genuinely are the "king of fish and chips". "They so real" i thought to myself as we walked 1hr 10 minutes home.
Would definitely travel the same amount time just to have the the delicious taste of fresh and chips sizzle all over my taste buds again.
(They didn't have macaroni and cheese unfortunately and we were kind of disappointed because they said it was the "chefs grandmother's recipe" so we we're super excited about it)

The shop itself is immaculate which is always a must for me . Everything from ordering online to pick up was seamless. The fish supper was delicious & the halloumi bites were amazing. All freshly cooked & hot . Will definitely order from this place again .
Has to be one of the best if not the best fish and chips in Dundee and I'm very lucky it's down the road from me. When you get the portion you think to yourself. Huh... That's not very much... Several times I've thought that... But!!! It's absolutely plenty! Anymore and it wouldn't be enjoyable. The fish is always fresh and never greasy. Fresh chips and fresh fish what more could you ask for!! And the price is so good for a fish supper. The only moan... Is delivery is 75 mins so if your hungry I would recommend an pick up option.
Don't have much money at the moment so this is a real treat for me when I do order from here and everytime it's been brilliant. As you can see from last reviews it's highly rated and it deserves it.
The best chippy in the country let alone Dundee. I had the pleasure of working with the guys when they opened and they take great pride in delivering exceptional food. The standards they set are incredible and they work their socks off in that place and are a credit to their industry. The place is spotless and they source nothing but the very best ingredients out there. I know this for a fact. Love u guys
Great food, everything is cooked fresh, they have lots of staff cooking the food, so you don't wait long. Best battered halloumi in Dundee.
Excellent onion rings and halloumi. Fish was great, as was the chicken breast. Both came with masses of chips. Excellent food, cooked to order. Top marks

Love the fritters, mushey peas and battered fish, delicious. 500 mile drive and this is first place I come to get food. Well worth it
Probably the best chippy I've ever had. I was actually going to get a Chinese but the place was closed so I came in here to get a chip steak supper and it was absolutely brilliant. Everything was so fresh, maybe the best chips I've ever had. I did have to wait about 10 mins but it was well worth the wait as it was fresh and delicious. Will absolutely B back!
Great chippy with good sized portions and reasonably priced. The spicy fish is fantastic and the regular fish super is great too
My go to place! Always fresh and I love the food. It's not greasy like other places.
A little bit of a wait ... Things cooked freshly. Delicious fish and chips ... Light batter and haddock as claimed (partner is a fishmonger) with well cooked chips .. crisp edges.. soft innards and good crispy bits in the bottom of the environmentally friendly packaging.
Nice and clean shop… tried spicy fish supper… happy with the quality of food and taste. 😊

First time being at this chip shop, great service, loved the chicken nugget happy meals fresh chicken in batter plus a wee bag with a drink and colouring in stuff great value. Would go back again
Tried this place for the first time tonight it was amazing freshly cooked value for money staff were friendly and helpful. Had fish supper (two pieces of fish) and buster peas,will definitely recommend this place and will make a return visit.

Food is always great but put in an order at
6.50 and is now 8-55 and still not here. Called to be told it's a 2 hour waiting time but wasn't told that when ordering. Still waiting.
