I had an issue with two of the four bath mats I purchased a month or so ago. There was no quibble despite not having a receipt. All four were replaced. Thank you so much for excellent service.
First class service received today by Dunelm in Dundee. I turned up close to closing time and a kind lady assistant managed to quickly sort me out getting the right size curtains for my patio doors....I would never have managed to get the correct size by myself.
I always seem to find what I'm looking for at a price I can afford. The cafe is good too. Friendly and helpful staff.
Lovely store. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Cafe was very clean and great for a light lunch.

Got some lovely curtain poles & curtains here! Always have a look at discounted curtains, got a £75 pair of curtains for £18 !!
Had a very nice meal and coffee with my wife in the Dunelm store in dundee. The cafe staff were very nice and Natasha was very pleasant and helpful. Excellent service as one of the fridges was leaking and the staff were dealing with that also. Thank you.

Good spot to buy things online and click n collect. If problem, can be dealt with promptly.
