Great autumn colour. Good and quick use of fallen trees to improve paths. Smelt like a sauna. Saw and spoke to the artist in the garden studio overlooking the airport. Always enjoy the glass houses too

First time at the Botanical Gardens on a sunny Wednesday afternoon. Spent just over an hour taking a wander around the paths with lots to see and lots of little routes to scout out, along with the green house and ponds. There were also nice plants and flowers for sale and a coffee shop. Definitely coming again. Easy to find, good parking, toilet facilities and a water fountain too.

Really wonderful gardens, modest entry fee for what is a beautiful place to spend time. Well kept lots of species and much to admire. Quite compact in size but an excellent layout and lots of care and attention. Superb wooden artwork, excellent views of the River Tay, a thoughtful Covid space with interesting structures. A hidden gem in Dundee. Delightful and friendly staff.

Excellent place to spend the day or afternoon They have a huge variety of native, non native and rare plants. While the glasshouses are small, they hold everything you would expect from a botanic garden. This place is somewhere Dundee should be proud of.

It was not busy when we went. It is a teaching garden for students. It's not too large and has a small cafe just around the back of the entrance. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Love this place. Beautiful, peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Perfect for a walk. You can pre-book tickets online. Free parking. Entry fees are very reasonable. There are so many things to see there including fairy doors placed all around the garden. Each one is different. You can actually buy fairy doors in the reception for £10 each. Toilets and baby changing facilities are available near the entrance. Don't forget to nip to the café for coffee and a delicious treat.
