Best food in Dundee.
You can’t ask for more from The Popular, the food is delicious and cooked traditionally in beef dripping. You also get to deal with the friendliest staff.
I highly recommend the Stornoway black pudding balls or the new Popular Burrito.
The best restaurant in Scotland. The staff are friendly, polite and always welcoming. The food is out of this world. I would have them 10 stars. Thanks for all your hard work.
Best chip shop I have ever been to. Food is fresh and hot. Every chip shop I go to I compare to this one and to this day not one has come close!

The best city center chippy. The popular is the only good chippy in the city center; the service is fast, the food is always hot and tastes bloody brilliant and they don't try and short change you like I have experienced in many of the other chippys.

Without a doubt, my favourite chippy. The chips are perfect, as is the fish. Plus I get nostalgic, remembering sitting in having a supper with my wee piece on my side plate.
