it's such a nice place. the staff are so kind and the food is exceptional, i loved it. the prices are reasonable and they even heat your food for you which is such a kind gesture! overall just a great place to have food and drinks, love it <3
Amazing customer service - way better than the Starbucks which is located just above. They also have a range of tasty cookies and muffins. I had a cold drink and it was way too tasty. I also got my order within a few minutes. The tables and chairs were clean too.
Normal Costa, is the middle of a shopping centre so can be noisy on weekends but service is still quick. They never seem to have anything unavailable on the menu which is great.

Quick and friendly service from the team at this Costa branch. Especially since it is located in the busy Overgate shopping centre. Atmosphere is good, and you can sometimes forget you are sitting in an open space within said shopping centre.
Ordered two double espressos and was offered free iced water as well. It's a small gesture but I love it when places do this! Staff were extremely polite, helpful and efficient.
The staff are doing their very best to keep up appearances. The coffee tasted like pure foraged coffee beans, and the atmosphere couldn't have been nicer

Would like to comment on the customer service I received from Hanna ,I would have walked away without buying anything as I was told they hadn’t the ingredient for the frappes.Hanna intervened with a great alternative which was delicious.I also watched her with other customers always going above and beyond with a warm friendly smile.She was excellent!
Very good coffee and cake. Very friendly staff. I always enjoy visiting this Costa. There isn't much room if you have a pram with you.
Megan who was working the front counter today was absolutely incredible with her service. My friend and I always meet up weekly and she always greets the both of us with a smile, and is more than happy to accommodate the allergies I have by providing thorough information on gluten free, dairy free, etc alternatives and products. Megan is an absolute asset to the company and makes every trip to Costa, overgate a joy. Thanks again, Megan!
