If it were possible, I would rate it higher. Made a delivery today. The courier arrived on time and my request was fulfilled, which I left when placing the order, the food was hot as if it had just been cooked. Everything is very delicious. I was very satisfied. Prices are normal. I will definitely order from this establishment from now on.

We waited a while to be seated but I think that was due to where the waiting area is rather than there were no tables. You are out of the eyeline of staff and are not seen. There also didn't seem to be a designated person to seat customers. Once seated the service was quick. 3 adults and 1 child in a highchair. The menu is quite large for such a small café and includes lots of Italian food. A long list of pasta and pizza dishes are available. The children's menu was very small and limited, but I assume you could order anything from the menu in a smaller portion for them. The cafe is licenced to sell alcohol although we only had tea and coffee. We all had ice creams from the special ice cream menu which is fairly large. The server didn't know what flavours were available, and as the counter was very busy we couldnt get close to see for ourselves so our choices were limited to gueww work. The portion sizes were good and we didn't have long to wait. Lots of cookies in the cookies and cream sundae. The raspberry snowball sundae was really tasty. The price was good at £7.50 per sundae. That's pretty average for the area and the ice cream is very good. Visocchi's is an institution in Broughty Ferry and I have been going since childhood and taking my children and now my grandchild there. It is very busy but you can order takeaway ice cream as well as pizza. They also have a small section of deli and cakes. There was a problem with the ladies toilets yesterday so everyone had to use the gents but the staff checked before allowing females in!!!

The best pizza and pasta ever!! This is our local Italian restaurant. We go for everything from coffees to sit down meals to their Wednesday night bubble waffles and everything is fantastic. They always have specials and their pancakes for pancake day blew my mind. Family run. Their service is second to none. You have to go here!!

Moved to Broughty Ferry recently and we discovered this family owned (I think) Italian restaurant. Walked in and immediately felt like I’m back in Italy again. The decorations and atmosphere with Italian tv shows playing in the background is just amazing. Me and my boyfriend booked a table for 2 at 5pm and glad we did cause it was packed very soon. We sat by the window and ordered the luxury hot chocolate, Quattro formaggi pizza and carbonara. The hot chocolate is fantastic. We were wondering whether we’ll get the thick ones like in Italy or the watery kind. It was thick, smooth, chocolatey and with the cream on top, it just brings back memories. Then the pizza and pasta came. We were both sharing so we basically got a bit of both in our plates. Not really a big fan of their carbonara to be honest. Yes it’s creamy but it’s kinda like a British kind of carbonara. With added cream and bacon, we were just wishing we could get one without any cream on. It’s a different kind of style and I think it’s just our preference. Moving on to the pizza. I ordered this as we are big fans of cheese and this didn’t disappoint us at all. It was packed. Saw a review saying it’s like cheese soup and yes they’re right. You can see on the photo there’s cheese just leaking to the side. We love it. Definitely give it a try if you’re one of us. We were actually stuffed when we finished our mains cause it’s a whole lot of food. But of course we have to have desserts. We got the mini bombolini bites with Nutella. Came in hot and we enjoyed every bite of it. It was coated in cinnamon sugar, not too sweet, kind of like mini doughnuts. Loved it. We came in yesterday night to get some ice cream as well but we ended up getting a biscoff slice and some mini white chocolate and salted caramel cannolis. The biscoff slice is just divine. The cannolis fillings are a bit too sweet for us but overall very good. Definitely will come again and try more of their food, especially their desserts.

The best ice cream I have ever had in my 27 years of life! Easy to locate in a buzzing street of Broughtyferry. So many varieties to try in cones and buckets. I had a double scoop bucket of Italiano biscotti and Honeycomb crumbs. It was absolutely heavenly and I got to experience it on a nice sunny day which made it super amazing. Definitely a 'must visit' place if you're new to the town and of course the 'go to' place if you are a lover of ice creams.

Another amazing visit. Last visit only had a chance to have the ice cream which was amazing. This time we came for lunch, the service was great, the staff were friendly and took the time to chat. The food was fresh, flavorful and reminded me of my childhood. We also had another go at the gelato and tried different flavours and they were amazing yet again.

Had lunch here recently, but I've been here many times over the years. Apart from their amazing ice cream, the food is delicious. We had seafood linguine, lasagne, saltimbocca chicken, and pizza for my granddaughter. Coffee was good, and the service was brilliant, too

Good restaurant and walk in coffee:ice cream. The location works well. There was one man working all of the tables and he did a good job. Real Italians have expressed their joy relating how authentic the food was:

All good here as always, authentic Italian ice creams and pastries, that's without the rest of the menu. A personal favourite of ours and we live in Hart Village Hartlepool 💛
