Fisherman's Tavern - Dundee - Photo album

Clean, well cared for and recently renovated room on second floor. Quieter than down stairs which was a happy environment of regulars and visitors enjoying an amazing variety of food in a lovely sea related environment. Seeing all the paraphernalia made this old sea dog very happy. Wait staff were w
Fantastic place and service. I live in central Dundee and decided to have a day off in Broughty Ferry. Before leaving I stopped here and all tables were busy, but staff were friendly and helpful and managed to sit me in a table that would be in use some time later. Their recommendation was brilliant
Was exactly what we needed, the service was amazing, with the waitresses and waiters being exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was tasty, the fisherman’s burger and salt and pepper squid being both absolutely outstanding and full of flavour! We also got the seafood risotto and haggis fritte
Great pub. Good service, quality food and we loved the Orkney Northern Lights beer. Went back a couple of days later and no local beers on - not so good...I hope they can get on board more with the "LocAle" idea :)
We were on a nice walk in the sun and decided to pop in. Kitchen was over capacity so staff said they would come and take our order in 20 minutes which they did. Food is above normal pub grub menu level I would say and when it came it was excellent. Service was great too and couldn't believe the pri
Friendly staff fitted 5+dog in at a busy time. We were warned there may be a delay with our order but there wasn't :-). Steak pie, fish and chips and chicken Kyiv were all delicious. Nice cosy pub environment

Would definitely stay here again. Stayed here for 2 nights and the staff couldn’t be more lovely. Food was amazing and so was the rooms. Highly recommend.
Popped in with new friends after hearing it’s one of the best little pubs in Dundee. Happened to be trivia night as well ( Monday ). We had the chicken sharer to start, soo good! Son had the steak and ale pie and not pictured here my friend had the pork belly. Everything was delicious! As of today M
Lovely old pub with great history and an excellent folk session every Thursday night.
