The food was absolutely amazing and our server was so funny and kind! So friendly and lovely decor. Would definitely go back.
Great Steak Pie and friendly welcome by bar staff who made us very welcome and accommodated our two furry friends
I had lunch with friends here recently and found the place friendly and generally satisfactory. The usual pub grub is on the menu. The food was well-prepared and appetising. We will be back.
When ordering over the phone was told delivery would be 90 minutes. Food arrived promptly and was still hot. We ordered 6oz steak burger with bacon, and the bbq chicken. Both dishes were fresh and tasty. Great portion size. We were charged £40 when paying, however when the delivery arrived, the lady
Visited on Saturday 12th March as a couple. Great location, advertised award winning food but in these expensive times the menu has obviously been adapted towards the cheaper end of the spectrum. The place is clean but no obvious vibe or atmosphere (at least around 2/3pm). Service and prices for dri
We ate twice here this past weekend and both times were super impressed. My dad had the good old fish and chips and had only high praise indeed. All our food was excellent. Service wonderful and just lovely staff both nights. Highly recommend.
Popped in for a meal. Slushie machine for the wee man and a couple of beers for me. Friendly welcoming staff.
Hiya, would like to leave a quick review. James our server for when we visited, was nothing but excellent. Quick, Reliable and had fantastic charismatic Banter. Food was outstanding (salt was in the right shaker) and the atmosphere was brilliant. Will 110% come back. Cheers James, you are a fantasti
We ate a meal there and was very good.
Stop in for a meal and was not disappointed! Had a Cajun chicken dish and it was absolutely delicious! Wonderful service as well!
Nice pub with good choice of beers and wines. Good range of food on the good value menu. Tasty soup and sandwiches suited us for a light lunch. Service was very friendly and would definitely return.
Delicious fresh food, friendly staff, clean toilets and great value for money. It was our 1st time here. Definitely won’t be the last!
Had an afternoon meal. The service was polite and very prompt. Our meals were very tasty and we all enjoyed them.
Would give 6 stars if I could. The guy was very friendly (assume he is the manager - sorry didn't catch his name), drink selection was fab and very affordably priced, food was gorgeous, restaurant quality and they have loads of veggie AND vegan options which was such a nice surprise. Friendly atmosp
Stopped in for a quick lunch. Had a great lentil soup with a cheese and ham toastie and small salad. Very tasty and nicely presented with great service. Will be returning soon to support this family business.
Fab meal, food was really tasty. Only disappointment was run out of sticky toffee pudding. We had a wheelchair user in our party and they provided a ramp to access upper seating level. Friendly staff. A pleasure to visit and will do so again
We had the most amazing cheesy nachos for starter and they were literally the best nachos that we've had anywhere Main we had a beef and veggie burger, both were excellent and the veggie was homemade which added that nice touch to an overall lovely evening meal When we return we will be having one
After reading reviews we decided to have our dinner at the Village Inn and wasn't dissapointed. We had the roast beef and the chicken fajitas which were really tasty and large portions. Very friendly staff and would reccommend this pub for your meal
